I need HELP.....from you name experts...

So I am a little leery of asking as I have just spent the past hour or so reviewing this board so I know how some feel about giving girls unisex names etc.....BUT I also see how some of you give great honest responses so I am willing to ask for help. Here is my deal: I am now pregnant with #4 GIRL.Our current daughters names are:

Carter Elisabeth, age 6 (Carter is a family name and Elisabeth goes back many, many, many generations)

Hunter Elise, age 4 (I had wanted to name her Brier Elise but in the end dh suggested Hunter and I agreed.)

Kennedy Grace, 18 mo (No we are not naming them after Presidents....and no we are not Democrat as many think-actually when naming Kennedy did not know it was as popular as it was-MIL wanted MacKenzie so I went with something similar-Grace like Elisabeth is a family name passed on for generations)

So now the delemma-what to name a 4th girl?????? When we named Carter first we sort of have to have a unisex-surname whatever for the first names of the rest of the girls.I mean you can't have Carter, Hunter, Kennedy and say Lily?

Our last name is anderson so no 'son' names-not a big fan of those anyway....maybe ryan noel (noel is my grandfathers middle name-pronounced NO-EL)or logan marie though I have a nephew named logan.

guess i am hoping for some suggestions of first and middle names similar to our girls-surname with femmy traditional middle name???

thanks much in advance.

teagan keeps popping up and i am drawn to it but dh is like 'eh' and my parents are like 'i'm sure you will come up with something different'. rowan is actually the name of the dd of a guy i dated for 7 years prior to meeting my dh....lol...dorian is my sil's older sisters name, flynn is a name i have suggested in the past maybe if i came up with a mn for it it might be more appealing-though dh has said when i have mentioned brooke and paige and sage as fn that they are only one sylable names and the others have 2-3???? hadley too is a possibility...how about wynne-plas wynne was the name of my grandparents house in wales????mckinley is the name of my aunties. why do they name houses in england anyway. i came across the perfect name in a newspaper announcement last night....
heaven lee grace!!!!!! jk....oh the frustrations. janet

I do like Wynne for you, and the family association is a definite plus. ;) Also, this is sometimes considered the feminine form anyway, so I don't think it would be out of the question as a mn either.

You might also consider Flynn as a nn for Flannery or something similar, if you think it would bother you to have a single-syllable name among the other girls' longer ones. Just a thought! ;)

I think that Reagan is a little more of a girls name than the rest of your names, but it would kind of balance out Kennedy.
Carter, Hunter, Kennedy, and Reagan doesn't sound to bad.

What about Langley or Campbell. I also like Cameron and Avery. Avery is a unisex name, however it is becoming increasingly popular. Good luck!

I was going to suggest Ryan, but you've already thought of it. I have a niece named Ryan, and it's just such a great name for a girl. Also, it goes great with your other daughters' names. Best wishes!

I see that you like Landon for a boy, but I think this would be a better choice for a girl for you. I do think that if you ever have a boy, Landon will not be a great fit with your girls, he would need to have a name that screams male, like William or Matthew or people will not know he's a boy in a family of girl's with boys names. Landon has a somewhat feminine quality and I have seen this name on a baby girl in a newspaper annoucement.
For you, I also like that it is not truly a unisex name like Peyton, its a boy's name used for a girl, like Carter and Hunter. Plus it has two syllables and does not share the same ending or beginning sounds with your other daughters.

I like Landon Wynne for you, since it would be a family name. Landon Noelle would also be nice so you could use a family name, although I do not like the two n's back to back. You also said you liked Marie with Logan, so Landon Marie would work nicely. Any name you liked with Logan would work great since they have a similar sound. Landon Jane would also be nice. Honestly all of the middle names you just mentioned with Landon would be fine, but I would probably avoid Blair, Bryce and Drew because they are too masculine to pair with Landon, and would not match the style of your other girl's mn's. I don't think you should you Mattea if you are planning on using Matthew if you have a boy some day, but that's just my opinion. Since they have family names for the middle, do you have any other family names you could use this time around?

My favorites would be Landon Wynne, Landon Jane, and Landon Marie.

how about Delaney

it matches up really well with Kennedy - is a last name like Kennedy - and believe it or not, was at one time unisex - if you research the history of the name (which my daughter did at one time when she first named her daughter Delaney) - you will find that there were some boys, although it's exclusively girl I think now

it'd be like Carter and Hunter are sort of matchy and Kennedy and Delaney would be sort of matchy

good luck
