Hi,

Just wondering what you might suggest for a stylish French name (female)

Things like:

Madeleine
Mirielle
Juliette

What's considered chic? Passe? Any ideas?

TIA!

I love the name Amelie. My German relatives just had a daughter they named Amelie (pronounced Ahm-eh-lie). So pretty. If they hadn't already used it, I would consider it for my own daughter.

I don't know if these are chic or passe, but I like the following

Sylvie
Mathilde
Clothilde
Eugenie (there's supposed to be an accent over the second e, but I don't know how to type that on my computer)

: ) Cara

I love this topic! As a mom to a 4 month old Madeleine, I can tell you it's a great name and we always receive lots of compliments. I also really liked:

Genevieve (Gennie for nn)
Simone
Charlotte

I agree with the others who posted Amelie. It's so pretty and would be a lovely choice.

good luck!
