JAIA - what do you think?

I came across Jaia and thought it was quite unique for a girl. I want to stay in the J area since my husband is named Joe. What are your thoughts on it and what middle name would compliment?

Hmm... although I hate to give a negative view on it since you seem happy, you *did* ask for opinions so I have to say that I don't like it. However I will let you know that this is coming from someone who isn't a huge fan of the trendy/madeup group of names.
To be honest, I'm not quite sure how it would be said- Jie-uh? Jay-uh? It looks to confusing. How about as another option:
Jemma
Jemima
Jessa
Jacey/Jacie
Jade
Juliet
Julianna
Could do a Jo- name for your husband:
Jocelyn
Joelle
Jolie
-Nikki
I guess it's like Kaia with a J?
I agree. I am not sure how to pronounce it. Sorry to be so down on the name... I know how that can be when you are thinking you really like it and everyone else doesn't. Here are some other suggestions.
Josie, Jada, Jade, Jane, Jill, Jodi, Jolie, Jolette, maybe you could combine some other name with your husbands... like another family member. Ex: JoAnn, Joelle , Joanna, or do a first name and then Jo as the middle name.
Just a thought. I know of someone who named her baby girl Joya. It's unique but hasn't caused any pronunciation issues that I know of. WDYT? Good luck anyway whatever you decide! Lori (OOPS! Sorry about the cl hat!!)

Good luck with whatever you decide.
