Hi. Has anyone heard the name "Julie" on someone under say 20 yrs. of age? I've heard Julia and Juliana. I actually like Julie because I think it sounds friendly. However, I think it sounds dated too - it was popular in the 70s I know. Thanks.

There was one girl in the daycare I use to work at named Julie. She was about 3 then, so she's about 5 now. I actually think her given name was Juliana, but she went by Julie or Jules. The only other people I know named Julie are all around my age, so like 20-30 years old. It's a pretty name though, and I agree with the other person, she won't be the 5th or 6th Julie in her class.
Hi!
I think Julie is very sweet.
I love the name Julie. My best friend's name is Julie and she is beautiful, and a barrel of fun! :)
some of the Julia's under 20 that I know of go by the nn Julie, but none that I know of that Julie is the actual name
I knew way too many ancient Julia's when I was a child, so that name is one I'd never consider in a million years, it's just flat out old-fashioned to me - I do like Julie much much better, even though yes it was kinda dated to the 50s-70s.
I don't know any Julies under 20 but I do know a few who were born in the 60s and 70s.
