I like K names too. Here are some I have collected for my list (DH doesn't like, so hopefully someone can get use from them).
girls: Keelan - like lots Kaymi - not sure about a 45-year-old VP named Kaymi.
I assume you are not a fan of popular ones like Kayla, Kenzie, or Katelynn :) Keeva - phonetic spelling of Irish name Caoimhe. "gentle, beautiful, precious" Keelin - also Irish - caol = "slender" fionn = "white/fair/pure" Keela - Irish Cadhla = "a beauty only poetry could describe" (love the meaning!) Kellan - nice but I've seen it on boys lists too (hmm, now that I'm re-reading, it's really only 1 new one and 3 variations of yours...)
boys: Klayte - OK Kode (a name from dh's family tree, pronounced as spelled....anyone think it'll be confused w/ Kody?) YES (people are easily confused) Klay, klark, and kash (all somewhat popular) sorry they just look spelled wrong Koyer (dh doesn't like) so-so
Keegan Keenan Koleton Korbin or Korben Koren Kennon - "little Kenneth" Kenyon Kaden ;) - OK I'm biased for this one! Kailer/Kyler Kane
I don't really like altering spellings to fit a pattern, so I'd probably only be drawn to Koyer.
A few other ideas:
Koen (the Dutch form of Coen) Keane (I love this one) Kiefer Kimball Kent Keverne (my BIL's mn; it's Cornish) Kai (though perhaps a bit confusing with Kyra) Keefe Kerr Kemp (absolutely love this) Kester Kipling Kyler
Edited to add that I know a Kaymi, and she was sweet, but I liked her sister's name more--Kelaine.
Here are my thoughts and some other suggestions...
Kaymi - I really dislike this spelling, but the name is fine. It does seem less "grown-up-able" than your other children though Keelan - it is ok, feels a little like a boys name. I really like Keely or Keela though.
Other girl ideas - Karys, Kyla (oh, probably too close to Kyra), Kaileen
Klayte - I am normally a sucker for family names, but I just don't care for this one
Kode (a name from dh's family tree, pronounced as spelled....anyone think it'll be confused w/ Kody?)- I would definitely think it is Kody
Klay, klark, and kash (all somewhat popular) - all popular, but also as dr. kae said, I don't like changing the spelling of a name to fit a pattern
Koyer (dh doesn't like)- it is ok
I love Keane for you guys. Love it! I also like Kellen a lot.
