My first thoughts for more unique C/K names were Crispin, Caspian or Cillian for a boy or Calista/Callista for a girl. Of course, the boy names begin and end the same as Kaitlin, so I wouldn't personally use them as fns, but they were the first that crossed my mind.
But you definitely don't "need to stick with c or k" name, FWIW. Kaitlin and Courtney may start with the same K sound, but they have different styles and don't really look matchy, especially since they don't actually start with the same letter. If I were you I'd find a name I loved, regardless of what letter it starts with, because the names you have now don't seem too much like a pattern -- more like a coincidence. Kaitlin, Courtney and Alanna, for example, sound perfectly natural together (not like Alanna is the "odd one out or anything, KWIM), while Kaitlin, Courtney and Calista definitely have that cutesy/matchy sound (much as I like the names themselves). Just thought it was worth mentioning since you sounded like you felt you had to go with a C/K this time.
Another idea you might like is to use a C/K mn for this one. They'd all have that link, if you really think it's necessary, but the names themselves won't seem so forced.
