Is "Kaylee" a Very Popular Name?

I haven't considered using the name Kaylee before - it just never seemed like my style. I tend to go for more unique or classic names, and I don't consider Kaylee either. However, I'm kind of starting to like it, and my husband actually loves it (we never can agree on names). I'm worried about the popularity of all the "lee" names, though. They seem to be ever so popular (Kylee, Haylee, Bailey, etc.), not to mention that I've seen Kaylee spelled a dozen different ways (Kayleigh, Kaylie, Kailey, Chaeli, etc.). Is this a name that's going to reflect an entire generation of kids with the same trademark sound? What are your thoughts on the name itself?

Hey,
I'm in the same boat with you. I love the name Kaylee. But I also love Gabriele Alexis. I'm trying to convince my DH about it. But then I also love all the Aiden, Caden adn the such which is bad because they are hugely popular and I want unique...so happy name hunting, I'm right there with ya!

I agree that it is used alot but I guess it depends on your area. I'm kinda starting to feel the same way about all the "belle" names and the "eva" names. I'm getting tired of them also. Face it, good names seem to run their course and then return in a few years. I say if you like it use it.
