Hi. Hubby and I are trying to come up with a boys name that we like. We still have plenty of time, but my hubby gets his mind made up and it is hard to change it, so I am trying to get names that I like into his head!!! We lean toward traditional names. Our first son is named Lukas Isaiah. What do you think of these names?
Levi Cole
Levi Finn (Hubby likes Finn-not his usual type of name)
Henry Cole
Henry ??
What do you think of these names? Do you have any other suggestions for mns?? I like one or three syllable mns with a 2 syllable first name. Thanks for your imput!!

I like Henry Cole. Names that were formerly considered "old man names" -- such as Max, George, Oliver, etc. are becoming "hip" and pretty common among babies. I think it's a name that would grow well with him, and he could always go by Hank or even Harry.
Levi, on the other hand, is nms. I know it's a Biblical name, but I just think of jeans. And I just don't like the "i" on the end of a boys' name.
If you and your dh like Finn, how about Phinneas, nn Phinn (or I guess you could use Finneas, nn Finn, if you prefer). Finneas Henry, nn Finn?
I like both Levi and Henry and think Cole is a great name too!
I think some 3 syllable mn that might work with Levi or Henry or both would be

I like Levi a lot. Levi Cole I like better than Levi Finn. What about Levi Jonathan? Or Levi Samuel? I think I prefer a longer middle name with it since it's a short name. Good luck!

Thanks to all who gave their feedback. Levi is definitely at the top of our list. The middle name is still up in the air. I am starting to like Levi Joshua. Thanks for all your imput.

I love Levi! Levi Cole is my preference. I like Henry Cole a lot, too. Both are old names, but fresh-sounding today.
Good luck!
