I'm making an updated list of the children in our parent group, and thought I'd post them. I think the trend in our area is toward traditional and old fashioned names. (I'm in a mid-sized, fairly liberal/collegiate city in

Amy, mom to Nate (9), Calvin (7), and Tobias (4). You can find me at my blogs:

Fun! Here are my thoughts:

Samantha and Zoe-Samantha is nice. I love Zoe. I wouldn't nessecerly pair these together, but it's not awful.

Claire, Grant, and Dane-I love how they're all one syllable for sure. Grant is very handsome on it's own too. Claire & Dane are not my favourites, but they're still different & respectable.

Marissa and Kaila-Eh, I don't care for those at all.

Nicolas and Dante-Ooh, nice. I love Nicolas, & Dante is quite nice for his brother being that Nicolas is spelled that way, LOL.

Austin, Zachary, and Madison (triplets)-Those work nicely for triplets as far as style goes, but I don't care for Madison at all. Austin & Zachary are good.

Gabriel Henry and Richmond Oliver-Gabriel Henry is darling. Richmond is odd next to Gabriel. I wish his fn was Oliver instead.

Joshua, Jessica, Jordan, and Noelle (quads)-Wow, quads?! I love the name Joshua, but the rest are nms. However, I must comment on poor Noelle being left out. What's w/that?

Lucas-That's very nice. I see this one a lot where I live.

McCale and Marina-McCale is a bit too much. Marina is unique & gorgous.

Benjamin and Elizabeth-Aw, those are classy.

Mary Rose, James, and Robert-I really like James & Robert. Mary Rose is nms, but at least it's not uber trendy or anything.

Zander and Cedric-Cedric is neat. I like Alexander nn Xander, but not so much Zander on it's own.

Kinzlee and Emma-Okay, Kinzlee is awful. Awful. Emma is cute, but way too popular.

Lukas and Nicholas-I love those, but perfer Lucas & Nicolas.

Matthew and Grace-I love Matthew. Grace is nms, but it's works as a sister to Matthew.

Sarah and Riggs-Sarah is lovely. Riggs?

Maegan and Macy-Wow, those are too close. Niether are my style.

Nolan and Ian-Aw, those are fabulous.

Zach, Kylee, and Ellie-I love Zac (this spelling) & Ellie. Hopefully they're nns though. Kylee is too trendy for me, but I don't mind Kyla nn Kiley.

Sam and Ella Rose-Great names, but Sam & Ella sound like the desease.

Madelyn and Griffin-Those aren't bad.

Jeffrey and Rachel-Hm, those are very 80s. I don't care for them much, but they're fine.

Savannah-Eh, nms.

Sophie and Ian-Aww, very sweet.

Conley and Corrine (twins)-Oh, I adore Conley. Corrine is nms, but it's okay.

Nathaniel, Calvin, and Tobias (mine)-Nate, Cal, & Tobe are so so cute for brothers! Is it said Tob-ee or just Tob?

Tosh, Taryn, and Terve-Interesting...

Thanks for sharing those.

Joshua, Jessica, Jordan, and Noelle (quads)

I think I would have used a 4th "J" name since the other three matched that way....Jennifer or Julia come to mind, yk?
