ok, I am pregnant with my 3rd child.. a big surprise for us.... We have 2 girls and our names fall into a pattern.. I am a K and my dh is an M so we have one of each. Both girls have 2 middle names... Kaelyn Elizabeth Nicole is my oldest and Merideth Emily Marie is our youngest (at least till July) ok so here it is, We usually have these names picked out by ultrasound time so that our child leaves the u/s appt with a gender and a name.
We decided that if this is a boy, we want to go with the M name. Now why not my husbands you may ask??? well frankly I dont realy like his name too much.. lol not to mention that his parents picked it out of a phone book. if it were a family name, I wouldnt mind, but a phone book???
ok so we know or have in the family a Micheal, Max, Marty and Miles so those are out as is Matthew

What we've come across so far is Maddox( Dh likes it I dont), Milo (I like it but dh isnt a fan) and then last night I came up with Madden (still have to discuss it with dh). Any other suggestions?? I know that the first Middle name will be Anthony.
Thanks :)

Kim, mom to
Kaelyn, Merideth and bean

Madden reminds me too much of John Madden. Milo reminds me of a dog or cat. Sorry:(

Here are some other ideas:

Mark
Marcus
Marshall
Mason
Matthias
Mitchell
Micah
Martin

Good Luck!

My husband and I are going to use the name Maximus for our next boy, if it happens that way. We both like it. Maybe you can help me. We are considering Kaylee Elizabeth for a girl. Kay is my mn, Lee and Elizabeth are from grandmothers. I would like have a second middle name, any suggestions?

I agree with the pp. People will think Madden is after John Madden (and it also basically means small dog, if you don't already know that and meanings matter to you), so I wouldn't go with that for the little guy. If you just like the sound of it, your husband's choice of Maddox is very close.

I've also always liked Micah, as was suggested, although I don't know how well it goes with your girls' names. If you liked it, it'd probably be fine. :) HTH

Hi there, Kim. Congrats on your little suprise! I love Milo from your small list, & that's too bad that your dh doesn't. At least you have a while to persuade him otherwise. Maddox is okay, but nms. Madden is really not good, sorry. There's no way that you can say that w/out thinking of John Madden. I'll try my best to think of some more M names that might work-

Maclin maybe nn Mac-I know a little guy named this, & it's really cute on him.

Matteo

Micah

That's all I've got right now. Hope you like them!

I like Micah, Matthias, and Malachi (but could never USE Malachi without thinking of that horror movie "Children of the Corn")
