um, wow. Here are my thoughts...

Taylor Addison -- doesn't get much trendier than that. I have a soft-spot for Addison, but paired with Taylor I just don't like it at all
Holden John -- LOVE this. I love Holden. I'm not sure I'd pair it with John, but it's okay.
Joshua Robert -- okay
David Anthony -- okay
Logyn Elizabeth (sisters name is Londyn Elaine) -- ow. When will people learn that you can't just replace ANY vowel with a Y?

Okay, here are my thoughts:

Taylor Addison-Blech.

Holden John-I adore Holden. This is nice.

Joshua Robert-Wonderful.

David Anthony-That's handsome.

Logyn Elizabeth (sisters name is Londyn Elaine)-At least they have good mns...

Brooklyn Nevaeh-Ugh.

Scott Thomas-That's nice.

Gracie Marie-Grace Marie nn Gracie would have been better. Gracie wouldn't look as good on a resume.

Sydney Lauryn-No.

Brock Alexzander (brothers name is Bryce Nathaniel)-Eh, that's okay. They could probably loose the 'z' in Alexander though.

Cayleigh Morgan-Trendy.

Xandru Orion-What? I love Orion.

Ava Bryanne-Ava Breanne would have been good, but so dreadfully popular.

Liam George-Ooh, I love that.

Mackynlee Jean and Mackynzee Joanne (twins) (brothers name is Mackhenry Jack)-Gross.

Reese Jordyn (boy or girl????)-I am almost postive it's a girl, & not good.

Ava Alyce-Ava Alice or Elise would have been fine.

Tryston Lane (sisters name is Phoebe Lauryn)-Boy or girl? Tristan Lane for a boy would be nice. Phoebe is sweet.

Seth Daniel (sisters names Synthia Mae and Shaynna Anne)-Lovely. Shaynna is nms anyway you put it, but Cynthia Mae would have been gorgeous.

Claudia Danielle-I like Claudia.

Timothy Michael -That's fine.

Reece Olivia, Reagan Brooke, Ryan Phillip (triplets) YIKES!!!-That's a lot of 'R's. Reece & Reagan are quite masculine, but I like Ryan Phillip.

Thanks for sharing.

Taylor Addison - How many Taylor Addisons does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
Holden John - I only think Holden Caulfield when I see that name. What a terrible association.
Joshua Robert - s'ok
David Anthony - Fine
Logyn Elizabeth (sisters name is Londyn Elaine) - makes heavy sigh
Brooklyn Nevaeh - two bad names in one.
Scott Thomas - Glad to see Scott coming back in vogue
Gracie Marie - Say good night Gracie, this name is so tedious I can hardly keep my eyes open
Sydney Lauryn - Lauren in misspelled
Brock Alexzander (brothers name is Bryce Nathaniel) - Alexander is misspelled
Cayleigh Morgan - Is there only ONE dictionary in all of Indiana?
Xandru Orion - No
Ava Bryanne - Too many Avas and I don't understand second name
Liam George - Good job parents!!
Mackynlee Jean and Mackynzee Joanne (twins) (brothers name is Mackhenry Jack) - I hate this the most!!
Reese Jordyn (boy or girl????) - Stop with the Reese and Jordan is misspelled
Ava Alyce - Alice is misspelled and not another Ava
Tryston Lane (sisters name is Phoebe Lauryn) - Tryston is just wrong, even when spelled correctly
Seth Daniel (sisters names Synthia Mae and Shaynna Anne) - Third times a charm
Claudia Danielle - BRAVO
Timothy Michael - Good job
Reece Olivia, Reagan Brooke, Ryan Phillip (triplets) YIKES!!! - Reece, Ryan and Reagen? Number one - all Rs nuff said, Number two -

Aww, that association is exactly why it's on my list. I love that book. Holden may not be the most sympathetic character ever, but he's certainly interesting. And this book is one of the great American classics. I can certainly think of worse associations. ;)

A profane whiny rich boy?? The inspiration to murder John Lennon? Sorry I can't divorce the two. I know its not Salinger's fault, but I find this sort of protagonist tiresome.

I guess, to me, the love I have for the book has a lot to do with the fact that I don't love Holden. He's not a perfect character. He's inherently flawed and at times makes me insane. I think that's part of what makes the book as brilliant as it is.

ha ha Annie you and I agree on almost everything. I think CITR's popularity was fueled by its being banned/burned or whatever people do to make such statements. Further, its connection to the murder. As a literary work, I found it wanting somewhere. I didn't get it maybe. I'm no lit major (I'm a poli-sci).
