Boys: Destry (like the Jimmy Stewart movie "Destry Rides Again") Darby Duncan Doyle (I like this one--it shares nothing but the D with your other names, and that can get tricky) Dorian Dallas Diggory (probably bit silly sounding) Dabny Daly Dexter Dax
Girls: Darcy (though that may be a bit close to Dharma for ease) Denali (though maybe too close to Delanee) Daphne Daae (like Christine Daae from "Phantom of the Opera") Dae (like the word "day"...but maybe too close to Dana) Dove (a huge personal favorite) Drea (like the end of Andrea) Diana (I know it's familiar, but you never hear it on THIS generation)
Lol. I came *this* close to having a baby named after me about a year ago -- it was a friend's number one name, until baby arrived and big sister called her "Sarah" and they went with that. Drat.
Of course, Dharma and Darla are probably too close together in sound, eh? (I've used "Dharma" as a username on message boards before.)
I have two sisters whose names also start with "D" (Diahn -- pr. Dionne -- and Dana). We were the 3 Ds growing up!!
Our "D" name if we ever have another girl is Dagny (meaning=new day).
Have fun ... and sorry about the large green print! I used HTML but couldn't get it to stop -- something up with i-village??
