We have been looking at Luci names because i think the nickname luci is really nice but on its own doesn't grow up well, besides that its actually pretty common where i am.
My favourite is Lucifira (loo-sa-feer-a) because i think it is elegant and sophisticated, my husband prefers Lucina (loo-chee-na) which i think is old fashioned. I'd like your opinion,

Our collection of luci names, feel free to add if you can think of anything pretty
Lucretia (loo-cree-sha)

I don't care for Lucifira at all. It is too close to Lucifer, which conjures up images of the devil, and sounds like the name of a Disney villianess. Sorry.

I do like several of the other names on your list, mainly Lucinda, Lucille, and Lucia. Some of the more unusual ones that are not my style, but I still think are rather pretty, are Lucette, Luciana, and Lucina.

I'm sorry, but when I read the heading "Lucifira" I thought of Lucifer, like the devil. Sorry. OUt of what you have I like Lucille or Lucilla the best. HTH

Oh, no.

I definitely give this name a big, huge NO. I wondered as I read it why someone would want to name their child Lucifer. I had to reread it a few times before I saw the actual name.

In any case, definitely NOT a good choice.

From your other choices, none of them really jump out at me but I do kinda like Lucienne.
