Madeline Pronunciation

I'm getting a little confused on the correct pronunciation for Madeline. I prefer this spelling over Madeleine or Madelyn.
In general when you see Madeline, would you say MAD-DE-LINE or MAD-DE-LYNN?
Thanks!

I've always looked at it like Carolynn and Caroline. Unless it is from another language (like the German spelling of Lisa is Lise) our vowels should always make the same sound- no matter if someone else always misspeaks them.
I would pronounce it Mad-e-lIne, because after all, an I with an E after it becomes long
This is how I pronounce them:
Madeline = "MAD-uh-line"
Madeleine = "MAD=uh-lyn"
Madelyn = "MAD=uh-lyn"
HTH, I like Madeline best.

All three spellings are different pronunciations.
Madeline = mad-e-LINE (or mad-e-LEEN, but that's not as common in the US)
Madeleine = mad-e-LEN
Madelyn = MAD-e-lin
So when I see Madeline, I pronounce it mad-e-LINE. ;)

Madeline = MAD-a-LINE
Madeleine or Madelyn = MAD-a-lin or MAD-a-len
len and lin sound the same when I say them:)

Mad de lynn
Good luck!
Leslie :)
I pronounce all three spellings differently.
Madeline= mad-a-line as in
"in an old house in Paris that was covered with vines,
lived 12 little girls in 2 straight lines,
the smallest one was Madeline"
It is the pronunciation I prefer.

Madeline is pronounced with the word "LINE" at the end
Madelyn is pronunced with the name Lynn at the end
Madeleine I've always see as with the word Lynn at the end also, but I feel it's a confusing spelling with unnecessary letters
if you want it to end like LINE spell it Madeline
if you want it to end like LYNN spell it Madalyn
good luck
(and she'll be called Maddie like the millions of Madison's from the past 10-12 years, that's the downside of this name)
