I like combining a feminine name with a unisex name.

LOVE Mia. It is sweet and spunky. As a different alternative, I have heard Amelia nn Mia, if you prefer that. I like both options.

Is Taylor a family name for you? If so, keep it, but if not, I might consider something different. Taylor on a girl is a huge past trend and now outdated.

Mia's a very pretty, very fun name for a little girl. It always makes me think of the Princess from the Princess Diaries movies. I'm not normally a huge fan of the name Taylor, but I actually think it fits really well with Mia.
