I'm due in the beginning of October, or that's what they tell me anyway :) And for a boy we've picked out Conner. But we can't agree on a middle name. Any suggestions?
Oh and by the way our little girl is named Lily Renae, just to throw that out there.
Thanks Jacki

The sad thing is, my husband has said no way to every single response. Where as I like a few of them. He's being so difficult! I'm thinking of just naming the kid whatever I want and not letting him have a say :)

I don't know if you have your heart set on the Conner spelling, but I think Conor is the more classic way of spelling it. Connor is OK, too, but the "e" just looks a little "off" to me.

I think middle names with meaning are nice, so I'd go with a family last name or first name (grandparent or greatgrandparent)

Would your husband say know to HIS name as the middle name? That may be the way to solve it. Think about how often middle names are actually used. Let him pick one. As long as the initials don't spell anything weird, his middle name won't come up on the radar screen 99% of his life.

Oh my gosh! I typed in "CONNER" but really we are going to spell it "CONNOR". I so did not even notice that I did that. WOW! And it's been in front of my face the whole time.

And I agree about the middle name being nice when they're for someone. Thanks
