Middle name for Emma?

Hello everyone! I'm pregnant with a baby girl, and we've long decided we'd name her Emma. However, we're at a loss for middle names! Dh hates the only combo I really love, Emma Charlotte.

So far we've got:

Emma Ruby
Emma Juliet
Emma Lucy
Emma Daisy
Emma Skye

None of those strikes us as 'the' name, so suggestions are very much appreciated! Last name starts with an A and it's 3 syllables long if it's any help.

Thanks!
Laura

With a two syllable first name and a three syllable last name, I think a one syllable middle name might work well. Here are some possibilities:

Emma Blythe
Emma Brooke
Emma Hope
Emma Jade
Emma Leigh
Emma Paige
Emma Rae
Emma Ruth
Emma Shae/Shaye

Good luck finding a middle name you love!

Out of the ones you have listed I like Emma Skye. One I thought of was Emma Therese, but that might be different than what you are going for according to your list. I don't really like Emma Daisy, but with you I do like Emma Charlotte. Best of luck!

Emma Jane
Emma Elaine
Emma Louise
Emma Katherine
Emma Jeanine

I'm not really sure what your style is, but here are a few suggestions to add to the others. Good Luck, and HTH!

I would avoid Grace at all cost I several Emmas and all have the mn Grace. Except my mil who is Emma Jean

What about a family name?
Emma Lauren(the a in Laura and Emma would be a bit much but Lauren would work)

personally I really like Emma Charlotte and think that Emma Kate/Katherine would be great too.

Since you like Emma Charlotte, and Ruby and Skye are on your combined list, maybe you'd both go for Emma Scarlett? A meaning like Ruby's and basic melding of sounds from Skye and Charlotte, not to mention a spunky, less common choice to spice up Emma a bit. It'd get my vote. ;)

Of your list, I like Emma Juliet and Emma Charlotte. My *favorite* is Emma Katherine or Emma Kathleen.

Other thoughts . . .
Emma Rose (if you like something short)
Emma Jane
Emma Josephine
Emma Celeste
Emma Rebecca

Good luck!

I quite like all of the Emma combos you listed, except for Emma Skye, but since they don't seem like THE name, I won't bother commenting anymore on them and I will just offer up some suggestions.

Emma Simone

Emma Corinne

Emma Celeste

Emma Thomasine

Emma Georgina

Emma Lucille

Emma Faye

Emma Pearl

Emma Blythe

Emma Jane

Emma Giselle

Emma Satine

I would strongly suggest using a family name that brings overall significance to the name. Maybe that is why nothing seems right to you- it has no meaning behind it as is just a random name?
