With Rosalynne as the first name, I would most likely pick something shorter, probably one or two syllables, for the middle name. That's not written in stone, but just a probability.

Also, unless I really loved an A or a W name and it had some sort of special meaning for my family, such as a family surname or the name of a beloved relative, I would probably not choose an A or W middle name, just to avoid the initials RAW and the flow issue with two W's. I mean, it's not a huge deal, but this would just be my personal preference.

Additionally, I would choose a middle name with family connections, if possible. That's just a personal preference, as well -- I tend to like middle names that have family meaning. I'm probably going to use my mother's name as a middle name, if the baby is a girl, for example.

If there were no family names that I wanted to use, though, I might consider: Phoebe, Iva, Esme, Dacia, Frances, Greta, Jade, Celia, Stella, Sara, Zara.

I was having this issue to when I decided on Kileyanne, but I just broke it down to Kiley Anne. Maybe you could do the same, a middle name isnt necessary when you have a double name for the first.

I think that's a great idea.

That would change the pronunciation, though, wouldn't it? I always think Rosalynne would have more of an "ah" sound and Rosa would be more of an "oh."
