You may want to re-consider Makayla.... I find it pretty oudated. I tried to pair it with mn's that are more classy if she gets tired of the trendy and cutesy Makayla.
I'm assuming you don't have any family names you want to use since you asked for open suggestions
I'd avoid all middles that start with any vowel with this - also - middles that start with hard C or K get hung up coming off that K sound in Mikayla - and middles starting with L get caught up coming off the L sound in Mikayla
I would change the spelling to the traditional Michaela; it's so much classier, and she'll stand out more from the other Makaylas, Mikaylas, etc. Anyway, some suggestions for a middle name (sorry for any repeats):
Than you. I do like that spelling. I've been debating on which way I was going to spell it but I think you may have changed my mind. I do like MICHAELA better.
I'm so glad! I really do think the Michaela spelling is much prettier; it's a lovely name, but every time I see it spelled one of the other ways, it looks too harsh to me. I think the traditional spelling goes much better with your other children's names, too. Mikayla or Makayla might be a good sister to a Jordyn or a Shawn, but she would seem like the odd one out with Jordan and Sean. Does that make any sense?
(On a couple of side notes, your Meez makes me hungry every time I see it, LOL! And when my mother was pregnant with me, I was going to be Sean Michael if I was a boy!)
