Middle name for Josephine

Hey there ladies, I'm back around with #6 due sometime in late May or Early June. DH and I started tossing names around but I'm really stuck on Josephine for a girl. Most of my children have nicknames and this one would be no exception. But we don't like naming nicknames even if we know we are going to use one. So of course this one would be Josie. But I'm needing help with a middle name. I love Jane but DH isn't biting. Thus, I need help. The only thing I ask is that it doesn't start with a vowel because I don't want to spell a word with intitials.  BTW our other daughters are Cecilia Grace,  Annalise Claire (French pronunciation), and Lydia Rose. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
