My sis is due in a few months and kinda likes the sounds of the names Kiane and Kya (sp??). Does anyone have any other suggestions of names that are similar???
She has 3 boys (Brevin, Ryland & Nolan) and is hoping for a final girl.
TIA

Thanks for sharing all the K/C names in your brain!! I think she is partial to "K" names, but I don't know for sure. I know she likes the Kaia style but I just named my boy Macaiah (so I kinda feel bad that she doesn't want to use it any more)-- too confusing. So I am trying to offer some more potential names that are similar to her style but would cause less confusion. I will pass them on to her... Kira and Kiera kinda seem like her style (maybe?)
Thanks for your help!

I think you posted some good ones that she'd like... Kira, Kersey, and Ayla. So I shall pass them on!
Thanks

I think these names are pretty, but how are they pronounced? I am never sure when it comes to "j's" in the middle of names.
Thanks

This is a really good list... I will have to pass them all to her!
Thank you

Wow!!! You've sure given more than I expected!! Quite a few unusual ones I'd never heard of (a good thing!). I am curious as to what my sis will think of these names!! I'm sure she'll like a lot of them!!
Thank you, thank you!

Hey there...
Thanks for the info on Brevin. You're right...DH did get it from the name of an semi-obscure basketball player. (Just like a man...name a kid after a sports guy). That is the only name we are considering for a boy...but I still have to pick a middle name...I don't particularly care for Michael...it sounds ok but ...too common for me. I like Carter or Callum but DH kinda doesn't...when I was pg with my DD...she would have been Brevin Tucker if she was a boy...but thank God because my taste for Tucker has dissipated. Anyway...Brevin is really cute and original enough...I just wish I could find it in some baby name books to find it's meaning and origin and stuff...it sounds Irish...Scottish or Celtic to me. Well good luck with the girly K names...looks like you got lots of responses about that!
Thanks and Smiles,
Amanda
I'll try to help you with pronunciation.
My friends have a beautiful little girl named KIRAN.
