What's in a name? If you're a mom, a lot of deliberation -- and love. Whether you enjoy traditional names for your children or have opted for something a bit more unique, we want to hear about the most unusual names you've encountered. From interesting to outrageous, what names have stuck in your mind?

I don't know if it's true story or just one someone told me to make me laugh but a newborn baby girl in the NICU had not had her name chosen yet. When her family- who was foreign- saw the sign on her isolette that said "Please save Urine" they thought the nurses were praying for her. So her name was pronounced "Ureen" not realizing it meant "pee." :)

Diver (boy) was the last of the 4D family and they needed an original name like his sisters, Daylee.

A boy named Neviathan-sounds like leviathan which is a sea monster or huge marine animal. You would think the parents would have made the connection, but no. They call him Nev for short. I can't even bring myself to say it most the time.

When my cousin was pregnant with her first child and coming up with names, her friend who is a nurse told her she had a patient recently who named her child Placenta because she liked the sound of it (knowing full-well what the placenta is). ??
