What's in a name? If you're a mom, a lot of deliberation -- and love. Whether you enjoy traditional names for your children or have opted for something a bit more unique, we want to hear about the most unusual names you've encountered. From interesting to outrageous, what names have stuck in your mind?

Your responses may be used in an upcoming iVillage feature on baby names.

Hester...I had a teacher once who named their daughter Hester. Needless to say, the child changed her name when she was able!

Having worked in a hospital, we see plenty of strange names. The worst has got to be T-A, pronounced, Tadasha. Ugh.

The girl checking me out at Walmart's nametag said B-R-I-T-T-K-N-E-Y. I asked her how to pronounce her name and she said "Brit-ca-nee. It's Spanish."

I went to school with a boy named Just-in-Time Lee. Everybody thought his name was Justin Time.

At least Hester's a real name, with real history and real literary merit....not these (probably made up) L-As and so on.

My friend taught a little African American boy in Dallas whose mother named him Master. She said she did it so that every white person he met would have to call him Master. TRUE STORY.
