Kathleen
Elizabeth
Bethany

Boy names

Addison-- we like maybe addison and adrienne but we are not sure if we want paired names

For girls:

Adrienne Ivey - nms, but fine
Tera Ivey - nms
Sylvia Ivey - sounds a little too vowely if you say it a couple of times
Kathleen Ivey - fine
Elizabeth Ivey - nice
Bethany Ivey - I like Bethany, but don't like the y endings for both names

For boys:

In my opinion, both Addison and Cayden are becoming unisex names. My style is more traditional. Instead of Addison, I would go with something like Andrew and instead of Cayden I would go with Aidan (though it's really popular and seems to be causing an explosion of rhyming names like Cayden). Too avoid the unisex names, the safest thing seems to be to go for the more well known old testament and new testament names.

Thanks to everyone for all your help. So far our favorites have to be Adrienne Tera Ivey (Aarons grandmas name is Tera-Lynn, so it is honoring her) but we are REALLY struggling with boy names. it seems like all boy names are so common. Please keep the suggestions coming. We were thinking about Nora for a girl but it seems like such an old name. Thanks again and keep posting!

SOME THOUGHTS IN CAPS

Girl names

Adrienne - COMBO WITH YOUR SURNAME COULD BE CONFUSING. ADRIENNE IVEY COULD BE MISCONSTRUED AS "ADRI AND IVEY" - YOU'LL ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH USE OF AND AS A SEPARATOR REFERRING TO YOUR TWINS AS X AND Y.
Tera - NMS
Sylvia - NMS
Kathleen - LIKE THIS ONE THE BEST. SOUNDS BEST WITH IVEY, NOT OVERUSED, ETC. PAIR IT WITH CAYDEN - COULD EVEN GO WITH ALTERNATE SPELLING OF CAYDEN TO START WITH K - KADEN
Elizabeth - NICE NAME, VERY POPULAR WITH SEEMINGLY 100+ POTENTIAL NICKNAMES - I DON'T LIKE NICKNMAES SO I WOULDN'T USE IT
Bethany - NMS

Boy names

Addison-- we like maybe addison and adrienne but we are not sure if we want paired names - SEEMS TRENDY AND HONESTLY THOUGHT THIS WAS A GIRL'S NAME - ADDY JUST DOESN'T SEEM MASCULINE TO ME
Cayden--we like cayden and sylvia - CAYDEN IS A GREAT NAME, GETTING MORE POPULAR EACH YEAR WHEN YOU CONSIDER ALTERNATE SPELLINGS

Welcome to the board and congrats on your twins!! I think it would be wonderdul to have boy/girl twins!! This is a great board, and we are happy to help out!

Adrienne-- Cute! But how about Adriana (A-dree-ON-uh)
Tera-- Is this Tara? How about Kara or Kiara (Kear-ruh OR Key-R-uh)
Sylvia--Personally, I don't like it. Sophia?
Kathleen--I prefer Katherine/Kathryn
Elizabeth--You can't go wrong with this one. BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC! I also like Eliza or Aliza.
Bethany--I don't really like this. I prefer Elizabeth for any Beth name.

Of your suggestions, I like Elizabeth Kathleen. I also like Kara Elizabeth, Adriana Katherine, or Aliza Kathleen.

Addison--I know this one is unisex, but I tend to think it fits a girl. And is too close to the EVER SO POPULAR Madison. I like Aidan.
Cayden--I like this one, just don't like the spelling (the y kinda makes it look feminine in my opinion. Maybe Caden or Kaden. I also like Camden. I love Kason. (Kay-son)
Other suggestions: Cooper, Connor, Anthony, Clayton, Lawson, Carson, Cameron.

Definitely Cayden of your suggestions. Cayden Anthony, Cayden Scott, Cayden Michael, Cayden Joshua, Cayden Brant, Cayden Levi, Cayden Grant.
OR
Aidan Michael, Connor Addison

COMBOS:

Aiden & Aliza (I like the dbl A)
OR
Connor & Elizabeth
OR Cayden (Kaden) & Elizabeth or Aliza.

Just read the other posts....

Wanted to add:

Nora-- not my style.

Assuming that Tera IS Tara and it has meaning--Agree that Adrienne Tera Ivey is BEAUTIFUL!! Great choice.

OR

How about Aidan Terance Ivey? Or even Terrance spelling.

Well for a boy i like cayden and this may sound weird but i like addison for a girl maybe spell it differently but Cayden and Addisyn something girly souds cute and different to me!

I also like Elizabeth so many cute nn to call her but with Addison as her brother. Jayden would go with that as well.

good luck
