Hey sorry I forgot to ask whether it was for a boy or girl. I have one for a boy, Bryndon. And I just remembered 2 other girl names with Brynn, Brynelly, and the Icelandic Name Bryndís (the Dís is pronounced like Lis in Lisa). Good Luck!!

Why Olafur and not Olof or Olov?

And Singe is hard name for non Scandinavian to pronounces, it is pronounced Sing- eeh.

Um I believe it is pronounced Sing-eh. I could be wrong though:S. And ya I could have put Olaf or Olav. I just was making a quick list of alternatives though, and i think Olafur is more similar to Oliver, and can be shortened to Olaf. Thanx for joining my discusion!

Actually is is pronounced Sing- Neh or Sing-nee, I am bit tired today and I always forget the N sound cause to me it should be there. *wink*

Anyway I am Swedish and I do prefer Olle, Olov, Olof and Olav instead of Oliver.

TIPS: U can replace any name with -Line (ex Charline, Marline) with -Ize (ex Charlize, Marlize)
Add a -y- before names ending with -A- Ex. Chanya, kyrya(in this case u'de spell it Kyria)

Make the first name a name you like, and the second one with characteristics you like. Coz i really believe that names contribute to a person's personality.
