Kiera doesn't seem harsh to me but your opinion counts more than mine.

Hello and good luck on ttc.

Lailah Marie is very pretty. I'm sure you'll find a sister name just as great. Since Lailah is honored with the mn of both her grandmothers, your idea to use your mn for this child is a grand one, IMO. Here are my comments on your list:

Claire- Doesn't flow well into Rose. In fact, it doesn't flow well into an R- mn. It's also a lot more popular than Lailah. It's a bit choppy with Ortiz too.

Lorelie- Pretty name, though I prefer sp. Lorelei (for lora-lie pro.) unless you are aiming for Loralee pro. In that case, I prefer Loralee spelling. I am not a fan of matching fn initials. I think it takes away some of the beauty of both sister names.

Madelyn- I prefer the traditional spelling of Madeline unless you are naming her after someone with name Lynn. This name sounds good with Lailah, but it is SO much more popular than Lailah's name.

Kiera- Oh, now we're cooking! But is it kee-erra or kear-uh. I LOVE kear-uh with Lailah! I'd spell it as the traditional Greek Kyra and get the added bonus of the lovely meaning- "lady." Doesn't flow well into Rose though...hmmm... What about Kyra Jessamin?

Adelyn- Sorry. Not in the same league with Lailah, IMO.

Aubry- Pretty name. Soft like Lailah. Aubrey is the more traditional spelling. Aubrey Rose is a tiny bit choppy, but I LOVE Aubrey Jessica with Lailah Marie. Aubrey Jessica Ortiz gets my vote, for the moment!

Evelyn- with mn Rose, is sort of predictable, oh but Eve with Lailah! How pretty!
I'd prefer just Eve. Love that name. Don't love how flows into Ortiz though.

In keeping with your taste, I would also suggest, for your consideration:

Lailah Marie & Sadie Rose or Sadie Jessica Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Scarlett Jessica Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Johanna Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Camille Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Felicity Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Susannah Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Penelope Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Raina Jessamin Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Amity Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Ellen Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Milena Rose Ortiza
Lailah Marie & Meredith Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Francesca Rose Ortiz
Lailah Marie & Bethany Rose Ortiz

Keep us posted!

What about Roberta for a middle name, to honor your dad?

For first names, I like Claire, Aubrey and Evelyn

I think Madelyn Rose would be a beautiful name!! Rose is in our family too, but my sister got it first!
Good luck!
