I prefer Lilah, a classic. The "Y" trend is really big right now so I don't know how you feel about that. Middle name Mae is cute, also Rae and Faye are nice. I also like Lilah Rose.
Definitely Lilah! I love it -- so pretty, feminine and classic. It's a perfect fit with your older children, especially Nina and Audrey (I LOVE both of those names!). Lila would be fine as well, I just prefer the Lilah spelling. I think it's looks a little more polished.
Lyla, on the other hand, look trendy and misspelled. It doesn't give me the same feeling as Lilah at all. Lylah is even worse -- I had to look at it twice to figure out what it was supposed to be. I would avoid Lillah because it looks like that should be pronounced with a short "i" sound like Lily.

I like the Lila spelling best; Lilah second.
