Kinda like two and a half...there's a little break between the seel- and the -yuh, but not anything really identifiable, if that makes any sense. The last two syllables just kind of slide together into one sound.
I agree with dr. kae (2.5 syllables!).... Celia is one of the names we are considering as well and I have always prounounced it Seel--e a. I pronounced Delia the same way (only w/ a D :) )
I pronounce it either way-
see-lee-ah or seel-ya.
I do the same thing with the name Julia. :)
