Name Suggestions for a boy

Help! I am pretty much limited for girls names as hubby will only consider Nastassja, Tatiana or Naomi but I am completely lost for a boys name. My first choice was Elijah and I used that on the first boy. My second choice was Isaiah and now that is taken. My third choice was Josiah but hubby would not go for it so my third boy was named Joshua. But now I am pregnant again. If it is a boy what name could I use????

I prefer names of 3 syllables or more. I would consider a one syllable name but not a two syllable name (last name has 2 syllables). All my boys currently have biblical names and I would be fine to keep up with that. I want names that no one else we know would be named but everyone we know would recognize the name (that is why I picked biblical...everyone knows the names even if there were not that many people nowadays actually named it). Ancient names would appeal to me the most (latin, hebrew based).

So....any suggestions for me?
(middle name is Trevor)

Micah sounds pretty but I would prefer 3 syllables, not 2. Any other ideas?

The first three are 2 syllable names and I would prefer a 3 syllable name but would consider a one syllable name.

Nathaniel would work but my nephew is named Nathan and it might be nicer to pick something different.

Any other ideas?

Some suggestions for Elijah, Isaiah & not popular biblical brother...

Absalom Trevor
Elias Trevor
Phineas Trevor (but Julia's boy twin is named this , beware)
Solomon Trevor
Gideon Trevor
Ishmael Trevor
Mordecai Trevor
Uriah Trevor
Zabulon Trevor

Hope that helps!

(oh, and I adore Naomi for a sister name!)

Elias I like...but it is too close to Elijah.
Solomon I like a lot.
Gideon sounds Giddy....lol.
Ishmael I like, but it is two syllables.
Mordecai sounds mortifying.
Uriah sounds good at the end...but urinary at the beginning.
Zabulon? Will anyone recognize that name or just go "huh"?

The names I was thinking about were:
Samuel (but don't like the mule part)
Solomon
Zechariah (hubby hates it)
Maximus (hubby wants this one sooooo badly!!)
Tobias (sounds biased)
Sebastien

What do you think?

Solomon I like a lot too and I love the nn Sol!
Ishmael is not 2 syllables! I have no clue how you're pronouncing it but I've always said it (and heard it pronounced) 'Ish-may-el'
Samuel's not to my liking either, I don't like Sam! and it's way too popular these days for my taste (It's ranked # 23 for 2003!)

In most of the bible, the Romans weren't exactly the good guys, Maximus makes me think of Romans. Plus, Maximus Trevor is at first glance Maximum Trevor, to me. I don't like it for either reason.

Sebastian's slightly more common than Sebastien (Sebastian's French to me) and neither has a good nickname. I do like the sound of the potential combo flipped.. Trevor Sebastian but you said you wanted a biblical name.. Trevor's not biblical. and Maybe I'm a bit biased too, Sebastian's my oldest boys middle name and to me it sounds better there.

As for Zabulon, I recognise it as biblical just by looks and I'm not even Christian! I'm fairly certain that people would assume it's biblical just on sound. That and the fact that your other boys are more popular biblical as well.

If I were you, I'd head to the hospital with Solomon Trevor and Ishmael Trevor, maybe Zabulon Trevor too and wait to see what he looks like.

Good Luck!

edited because I can't spell!

I think Zabulon is out of the question. I don't mind the french spelling of Sebastien as I am in a 90% french area. I do not wish to switch the first name and middle names around as Trevor is a family name (already have 3 in the family) and I want it as a namesake only...don't want to actually call my kid by that name. So the only name I actually get to "choose" is the first name.
