Graydon Lloyd (nn Grady) Lloyd is family name - This is really nice!

Megan Jane (nn Meg) (our fav for a while but I'm not so sure now) - I really love this!

Jillian Drew (nn Jill) - This is not my favorite.

Jill Alexandra - I also don't like this one.

Rory Elise (although I'm wondering if Rory is starting to become trendy) - Many people think about using Rory, but most don't. However, that being said, Rory Lee is our #1 choice for a girl. We will definitely (100%) be using it. I love this name!

Jill Meredith (not sure I like the flow of this but love both names) - I just don't like Jill, but I love Meredith.

Good luck,
Tracy

I like Jillian Drew and Megan Jane best. They are both very pretty.

I love Grady (Grady Alexander is at the top of our boy's list.)

Hi there, Katie!

Here are my thoughts:

Graydon Lloyd (nn Grady) Lloyd is family name-Well, I certainly love the Lloyd part. Grady is pretty cute too, & it's different. Graydon however is sort of goofy looking. I don't see it as a substantial name; more as just a spin-off to the 'aden' trend. You really don't want to be part of that, do you?

That being said, what do you think about Grayson Lloyd nn Grady? It makes perfect sense; especially since there's the 'd' in Lloyd.

Girls:

Megan Jane (nn Meg) (our fav for a while but I'm not so sure now)-This is nice, & a perfect match w/Lauren Grace.

Jillian Drew (nn Jill)-That's fine. I don't care for Drew on a girl though.

Jill Alexandra-This is fine as well. I like Jill as a sister to Lauren.

Rory Elise (although I'm wondering if Rory is starting to become trendy)-That's cute. I wouldn't call it trendy, but I do think it's sort of masculine. I'd personally do Rory as a full name for a boy, but use it only as a nn on a girl w/a more feminine full name. What do you think of Victoria nn Rory?

Jill Meredith (not sure I like the flow of this but love both names)-Hm. I like Jill Alexandra better. Jill Elise is also very sweeet.

Hope this helps!

If you want to avoid "trendy" names, then you should probably avoid Graydon. If you love the name, of course, use it, regardless - I just mean that every other little boy lately seems to be Aidan/Aiden, Brayden/Braden/Braeden, Caden/Cayden, Jaden/Jadon, Kaden/Kayden, and so on, so Graydon seems really trendy in that respect.

I like all of your girl names, especially Rory Elise.

Good luck!

Ah, I see.

Well, I wouldn't worry about Graydon becoming too popular. I just worry about it seeming made-up really. What's wrong w/Grady on its own? That seems perfectly like a stand alone name imo. Or maybe you'd like something like Graham Lloyd nn Grady? That's dashing!

I love your DD's name BTW, Lauren was on my list for a while... anyway I like Grady for a boy, and from your girls list I love Rory Elise, but I think Megan Jane might go the best with Lauren Grace. Good luck!

Have you thought about Jillian Meredith? The flow seems to be a bit better, and you could still call her Jill. I think Lauren and Jill is a great combo!
