Girls:
Alexandra Brielle and Emmeleine Victoria Parker - obviously you really want the girls to have the same number of letters in their fns. That's fine -- heck, all my girls have 7-letter names, though it was a coincidence -- but I'd limit that to names that actually ARE nine letters. Creating your own nine-letter spelling just looks contrived and, well, misspelled. FWIW, the -leine ending cannot be pronounced "lien" (long I) or "leen," depending on which you'd use for Emmeline. It would be "len," like in Madeleine. Emeline/Emmeline is beautiful. If you like the name, don't let your number "connection" limit your choices.
Alexandra Brielle and Katherine Elisabeth Parker - Katherine is always a classic. The "Kate and Allie" thing is a bit too much for me, but I don't believe anyone younger than 20 would make that connection. LOL
Alexandra Brielle and Annabelle Marie Parker - I much prefer simply Annabel, but that's your call (both are valid). Still, Annabelle sounds nearly identical to Alexandra Brielle in full, so it's more like you smushed your first dd's name together rather than bother to come up with something new for this baby, KWIM? I'd eliminate it.
Alexandra Brielle and Genevieve Nicolette Parker - Genevieve is wonderful. Period. ;)
Alexandra Brielle and Gabriella Ivy Parker - Gabriella is nms (too common and frilly for me), and I much prefer Genevieve as far as G names go.
Alexandra Brielle and Madeleine Anneliese Parker - Madeleine is lovely, though there will be five other "Maddies" in her class. Definitely NOT my preferred nn, though I love the name itself.
Alexandra Brielle and Olivianna Grace Parker - sorry, that's not even a name. If you like Olivia and/or Anna, either is fine, but together it just looks like alphabet soup ... jumbled and distracting. It also reminds me of the margarine.
Alexandra Brielle and Anneliese Nicole Parker - another lovely name, but if you're looking to narrow your list one solution might be to eliminate the other A names. Just a thought!
If you're absolutely set on these exact names/spellings, my favorite three would be Katherine, Genevieve and Madeleine.
Boys:
Alexandra Brielle and Seth William Parker - Seth sounds a bit abrupt next to Alexandra. Not a big deal, just an observation. I do like the name.
Alexandra Brielle and Gavin Michael Parker - Gavin is fine. I've been hearing it quite a bit more lately.
Alexandra Brielle and Lucas James Parker - same as above. A nice name I've been hearing a lot.
Alexandra Brielle and Ethan Gregory Parker - seems on its way to becoming dated. I actually much prefer Gregory as a fn (nn Rory gives you the more modern/popular twist you seem to like). Just a thought. ;)
Alexandra Brielle and Matthew Aaron Parker - so common, I wouldn't even notice this in a birth announcement, if you KWIM.
Alexandra Brielle and Jacob Victor Parker - I take that back. JACOB is a lovely name that's just been done to death. I'd avoid it, personally.
Alexandra Brielle and Dominic James Parker - Now that's actually interesting. Love it, and it goes so well with Alexandra! I'd use Nico as the nn here as well (same as below). ;)
Alexandra Brielle and Nicholas William Parker - Nicholas is quite common here, though it does fit with Alexandra and the nn Nico would be refreshing.
I don't know about a top three here, but Dominic, nn Nico, would be my favorite by far.

Lots of great choices! My favorites from your list are, in order of preference:
For a girl: (1) Gabriella Ivy, (2) Annabelle Marie, (3) Emmeleine Victoria (but if spelled Emmeline Victoria, this would be my favorite, hands down; I'm not really sure how Emmeleine is pronounced);
For a boy (1) Seth, (2) Lucas, (3) Matthew (but actually Liam is my real favorite, sorry - I see it's not a choice, just an unsolicited opinion).
Best wishes!
Hmmmm, you have lots of choices here, let me just give you my thoughts off the top of my head, quick first impressions.
Alexandra Brielle and Emmeleine Victoria Parker ... like both names, too many syllables
Alexandra Brielle and Katherine Elisabeth Parker ... very classic
Alexandra Brielle and Annabelle Marie Parker ... Annabelle too close to Brielle
Alexandra Brielle and Genevieve Nicolette Parker ... like Genevieve, Nicolette NMS
Alexandra Brielle and Gabriella Ivy Parker ... Gabriella too close to Brielle, love Ivy!
Alexandra Brielle and Madeleine Anneliese Parker ... like Madeleine, too many syllables
Alexandra Brielle and Olivianna Grace Parker ... Olivianna NMS
Alexandra Brielle and Anneliese Nicole Parker ... Nice ring to it!
Allie and Emma/Emilie/Emmy ... lots of Emmas right now
Allie and Kate/Katie ... think of the old show "Kate & Allie" (dating myself!)
Allie and Anna/Belle ... Belle is more distinctive
Allie and Gen/Genna/Evie ... like Evie of these 3 options
Allie and Gabbie/Bree ... love Bree
Allie and Maddie ... very cute!
Allie and Liv/Livvy ... both cute!
Allie and Anna ... classic
Alexandra Brielle and Seth William Parker ... love Seth & William
Alexandra Brielle and Gavin Michael Parker ... Gavin is nice, not too popular
Alexandra Brielle and Lucas James Parker ... nice
Alexandra Brielle and Ethan Gregory Parker ... nice again
Alexandra Brielle and Matthew Aaron Parker ... getting redundant here, like this too
Alexandra Brielle and Jacob Victor Parker ... okay, Victor is NMS
Alexandra Brielle and Dominic James Parker ... sounds more ethnic than Alexandra
Alexandra Brielle and Nicholas William Parker ... like this too!
Allie and Seth ... perfect
Allie and Gavin ... nice
Allie and Luke ... get caught up in the L's on this one
Allie and Ethan ... think of Ethan Allen
Allie and Matt ... prefer Matthew myself
Allie and Jake ... nice
Allie and Nick ... nice
Allie and Nick/Nico/Cole ... like Nico even better!
HTH, like I said, just first impressions here!
it looks like you are making really great progress!
My favs:
Alexandra and Katherine (IMO I think that Elisabeth is way to long with Katherine, I can't really get both name out. I would go with Ivy or Marie).
Alexandra and Dominic - Dominic James is such a great combo. I like the sound of Allie and Nick.
Good luck,
Brooke
Hi, I didn't even have to think about your girls name! Both are favorites of mine, Nicolette has been a top 5 for about 10 years!
Alexandra Brielle and Genevieve Nicolette Parker
These are my two faves from your boys list.
Alexandra Brielle and Lucas James Parker
Alexandra Brielle and Ethan Gregory Parker
My favorties are Katherine and Gavin. My parents didn't let me watch TV when I was young, so I don't know about the Allie and Kate thing either. However, I think Allie and Kate would make wonderful sisters :) BTW, I think Katherine Elizabeth is a mouthful, but it is a beautiful combo :)
Best wishes!
Leslie :)
