Ooh, snazzy combo! Bowen is quite fitting today (though surnames as first names have actually been in use a long time), yet Bowen retains the obscure factor (a good thing, IMO!). Christopher is a great, traditional middle name, so as not to go over-the-top with obscurity. I also like the use of 3 syllables behind Bowen- superb flow!
I have just one small problem, and it's very small. Christopher Hirt runs together a bit. I can overlook it, esp. if Christopher is in honor of someone AND because saying the whole name will occur very rarely. It think the appeal of Bowen Christopher would outshine this small hangup anyway.
Added bonus- Bo slides right in on today's playground. At great fit with the scores of Jakes, Jacks, Sams, Maxes, Coles, Elis, and Lukes- however, be forewarned, I'm pretty sure Bo/Beau and Gus are the next biggies

Ginger, it's great to see you.
Hey Jazz!
Just getting back to your sweet message touching base with me. I'm pretty busy these days, but this is my favorite place to come when I get a spare minute!
Thanks for compliments. Actually, both of my kids are sweet and well-mannered most of the time. If I had to choose, it'd definitely be my daughter who has more devilish qualities (which made it a funny twist of humor to have them come to the door in reverse ;) ).
I hope all is well with you!
Later,
Ginger
