need help finding Biblical name

I am expecting a boy (# 3) in July and would like to name him a Biblical name with a nice meaning (such a God's blessing/miracle) as he was conceived with much prayer and help. I like one-syllable names, but would consider others. Cain is nice, but he was the evil brother, so do you think people will have that perception as he grows?
I also like Malachi, but that was the name of the evil child who murdered in the Stephen King "Children of the Corn" movie. Am I being silly?
Please send suggestions. Thanks so much. God bless.

I've got to admit that those were the exact two people I thought of when you mentioned the names Cain and Malachi...sorry. How about some of these....You might want to confirm the meanings, though. I'm going off what one of my name books say, but that doesn't mean it's 100% accurate. HTH! Good luck!
Eli "the highest" or from the name Elijah menaing, "Jehovah is God"
Ethan "strength"
Simon "one who hears"
Andrew "brave"
Michael "who is like God"
Matthew "gift of Jehovah" (this one seems appropriate)
Samuel "his name is God"
David "Christ love"
Jude "one who is praised"
John "God is gracious" (another appropriate meaning)
Luke is a great name, I love it! Here are some other biblical names you might like -- most are either one-syllable or have one-syllable nicknames:
Adam -- "man of the earth"
Benjamin (nn Ben) -- "son of the right hand"
Caleb (nn Cal) -- "faithful"
Daniel (nn Dan) -- "god is my judge"
David (nn Dave) -- "beloved"
Elijah -- "the lord is my god"
Isaac -- "laughter" (Thus named because his father, Abraham,
My favourite biblical names:
Matthew
David
Adam
Jacob (Jake)
Reuben
Elijah
Joseph
Samuel (Sam)
Sorry, not sure of the meanings but most have been included by other posters.
I would personally never use Cain. I actually went to University with a Cain and I it always struck me as an unfortunate name. Here's some I like with the meanings (Sorry if there are repeats from other posters):
Gabriel, God is my strength
Isaiah, the salvation of the Lord
Elijah, God the Lord, the strong Lord
Jonah, or Jonas, a dove
Jeremiah, exaltation of the Lord
Matthias, the gift of the Lord
Simon, that hears; that obeys
