Kiera is a nice name, pretty popular right now, but it is pretty. Now quite sure where you are going with Aishling. Do you mean Ashlyn or Aisling/Aislinn (all pronounced the same way)? The Aishling spelling looks a bit off, and I would wonder if you would want it pronounced "ayeshe-linn" rather than "ash-linn". I would keep with the original spelling. A name you may also like is Bronwen.

As for mn's, are there any names that have personal meaning to you that could work as a mn? That way your daughter's name will be significant, not just somehting that sounds nice. Maybe your maiden name or your mother's name? Something like that. Even the name of a vacation spot that you love (obviously only if it sounds as if it could be a name, for ex. something like Carolina).

If there isn't a family name you like, I find that 2 syllable names with the accent on the 2nd syllable work really well as mn's:

Elise

Camille

Celeste

Corinne

Rhianne

Simone

Adele

Maxine

Leanne

Giselle

I also like:

Kiera Charlotte

Kiera Matilda

Kiera Josephine

Kiera Bridget

The one problem you'll have with Kiera, aside from its popularity, is pronunciation. I have heard it "keer-uh" and "key-air-uh". I think "keer-uh" is more common, and I prefer that personally.

Aisling Harper

Aisling Marina

Aisling Cora

Aisling Maeve (pronounced like dave with an "m")

Aisling Sabrina

Aisling Brenna

Aisling Rebecca

HTH, let me know your thoughts and if anything jumps out at you,

FWIW, I like both names quite a bit, although I prefer the more-authentic Ciara spelling. Also, if you'd like the ASH-ling pronunciation, I'd stick with Aisling (the added H is really not necessary, and it makes the pronunciation even LESS obvious, since it looks like you're going for AYSH-ling that way, KWIM?). If it's ASH-lin you want, you could also use Aislin(n) or Ashlyn (I prefer the Ais- beginnings myself).

Kiera ...
Morrigan/Morgan
Branwen
Cecily
Fallon/Falline
Vivian/Vivienne
Scarlett
Niamh
Isleen/Islene
Larkin
Eavan
Genevieve
Lillias/Lileas
Bridget/Brid
Pearl
Paisley
Maeve

Aisling ...
Bridget/Brid
Mairona
Talulla
Fiora
Genevieve
Pearl
Richael
Catriona
Deirdre
Paisley
Enora
Ruby
Bidelia
Maeve

Aislin(n)/Ashlyn ...
Guinevere
Gwyneth
Cordelia
Eleri
Claire
Carys
(any of those listed for Aisling would also work)
