Long lists are a good thing - more names more options, but it can be confusing!
Here's MHO . . .

Girls:
Charlotte - cute, good even into adulthood
Ruby - nms
Genevieve - too elizabethen for me, but you don't hear it a lot
Georgia - too territorial
Violet - cute, it's a good one!
Eliza - ok
Josephine - ok
Willa - no
Jane - to me this is better as a mn
Clementine - no
Rose - again to me this is better as a mn
Scarlett - classic, like it
Camille - cute, like it too
Athalie - interesting never heard of it, different (in a good way)
Anais - nms
Chloe - cute
Amelia - nms, but it is a pretty name
Emilia - nms
Esme - nms
Evangeline - nms
Rosalie -nms, again it's still a pretty name
Pearl - I agree with the other poster, too old lady, but could use it as a mn
Sylvia - no
Sarah - cute I have three Sarah's in my family and know tons more though - it's extrememly popular
Posey - no

Boys:
Archer - mn
William - classic never goes out of style, but it is overused
Charlie - overused
Henry - classic
Jack - classic, but gaining popularity
Samuel - nms
Ronan - no
Cormac - no, makes me think of McCormick seasoning
Declan - no
Finn - cute
Sebastian - like it
Jasper - no
Crispin - no
Oliver - cute
Satchel - no
Ethan - yes! good for both a fn and mn
Simon - cute
Abram - like it!
Roark - could grow on someone . . .
Max - short and sweet
Eli - nms
Seth - nms
Peter - classic, haven't heard that name in a while

Don't know if that helps, hope it did in some way! Ignore my comments if these are family names and you want to honor those people who touched your lives in that way then I say do it!

The rest are fine, just nor my favorites

Hi. It's okay to have a long list, if it's a good list, which yours is! The best way I know to help you is to make comments on each name. My comments come from many, many years of being a name enthusiast.

Other things that may help you to shorten your list-
These are rules of thumb that aren't always perfect, but can be of some help.
1. Vary the number of syllables from first name to middle name or from first name to last name.
2. Don't select a fn or mn that ends with the same letter/sound or that ends with the same letter/sound as your last name. Example- George Gage (fn, mn) or Branden Martin (fn, ln).
3.) Think of names that are recognizable without being overly trendy or hard to spell and that will sound good on a child and grow well into adulthood.

Now my comments-

Girls:
Charlotte- Lovely, timeless, grows up perfectly. That's why everyone else is using it too. I predict, this name, along with Audrey and Amelia are the next Emma.
Ruby- Great choice. One of the underused jewel names of our generation. Nostalgic, adorable on a tot, classic on a woman. A wee bit grandma-ish, but that's in now.
Genevieve- I adore this name. It's been hanging around the mid 300s on the popularity charts. It's recognizable without being popular. Certainly has the potential to become more popular, but I think other names will overshadow. One really great thing about this name is that it has many simple, cute options for nn if you decide Genevieve is a mouthful for a tot, or tough for a pre-schooler to learn to write. Genny, Neve, Eve, Nevvy, Viv, Evie, Evvy, Gena, etc., though I'd be tempted to call her the full name. Thumbs up!!!
Georgia- Extremely appealing, even if I am a born and bred South Georgia girl. Problem? It's on everyone's list these days. I think this is a name that you will believe was a unique, feminine, underused choice. Then you'll look around one day five-eight years from now and say, "Where did all these little Georgias come from?"
Violet- Positively yummy at any age.
Eliza- Old names are hot, hot. E-names are hot, hot. Anything that sounds like Emma, Ella, Eva is scorching hot. She will have a beautiful name. She will not be unique, as each name begins to sound more and more alike the more parents use the variants (like the Bailey, Kayley, Hailey, Kayla, etc syndrome). You'll be sorry you didn't go with one of the other classics on your list that aren't on every other street corner.
Josephine- Beautiful choice. I predict it will be one of the more overused of the names you've listed. Tempting, though.
Willa- Great choice. I love this name and suggest often, though people rarely bite. She would fit in beautifully with the trends of today without being trendy.
Jane- I love it. It's so simple in its elegance that it makes a phenomenal statement among the great classics parents are selecting today.
Clementine- I adore this one too. I sincerely believe it's time parents used Clementine every once in a while. Let me know if you really use it. I want to know a REAL little Clementine exists out there. I know it's more well embraced in Europe, particularly England.
Rose- Nope. Been there, done that.
Scarlett- My true love. It's absolutely gorgeous, to me, and has never caught in any time period due to the links to the "scarlet woman." However, I think that's about to change. It rhymes with the about-to-be-very-popular Charlotte, there's Scarlett Johansen (sp.?), on the big screen, and prissy, feminine, old names are big. This one is bound to become ultra-trendy (I dread the day) yet right now it's not in the Top 1000. If you can live with the small, but real possibility that she'll be a unique 13 yr. old Scarlett with 10 Scarletts five to eight years younger than her, go for it. It's one of my top three names of all-time...and that's a long, competitive list, trust me!
Camille- Fantastic, five years ago. Too done now.
Athalie- I love this name. Be prepared to repeatedly correct spellings and give pronunciations. I went with very obscure names for my children. The hassle has been worth it, in my case.
Anais- I want to like this one. I just can't get the anus-thing out of my head, sorry.
Chloe- Way overdone, as lovely as it is. There are more stunning choices on your list.
Amelia- See notes on Charlotte.
Emilia- It tries too hard, I think. Emilie (em-ILL-ee) or Amelie (uh-mee-ly), on the other hand, I could really go for.
Esme- Love, love, love it. See notes on Athalie and decipher whether it's worth the time it'll take.
Evangeline- Lovely but not as appealing as some of your other choices.
Rosalie- I like this one a lot. Great choice, never overused. Just don't resort to Rose. Rosalie too pretty and unheard for that.
Pearl- I don't dislike it. I just think you have more eloquent choices on your list. Would make a fabulous mn with some of your faves.
Sylvia- I adore this one. Gorgeous. Medium potential for explosive growth, though, esp. with its pretty nn Sylvie, which is also being used alone more and more often now.
Sarah- Huh?
Posey- Tempting, honestly. But, I think you have better choices on your list.

Boys:
Archer- Are you really considering this name? I am in love with it and can't get anyone convinced to use it. One thing that may help in narrowing your list is imagining future siblings to the names on your list. Archer & Sylvia, Archer & Rosalie, Archer & Esme, etc. Ooh, yummy!
William- Of the classics, I really like this one. If it were me, I'd venture out more. Would be a fab mn with one of the more daring choices.
Charlie- If it were me, I'd go more stately and grown-up.
Henry- I like it a lot. It's just re-entered the top 100, though. I think a lot of little Charlottes and Amelias, etc. are going to have brothers named Henry in the next 10 years.
Jack- Ditto. I already know two Amelias with brothers named Jack and upteen hundred little Jacks with brothers named Henry, Sam, Simon, and sisters named Charlotte, Audrey, & Chloe, etc.
Samuel- Ditto.
Ronan- Now we're cooking. I prefer Roman, though.
Cormac- Are you serious? Archer & Cormac on the same list! You're after my naming heart! Thumbs up. Picture siblings- Scarlett & Cormac...
Declan- I like it, but it's Irish, thus trendy, trendy right now.
Finn- Ditto.
Sebastian- Already sailing up the charts. Great name, though.
Jasper- I love it. Underused oldy.
Crispin- Not a favorite. I think you have better names on your list.
Oliver- See comments under Henry. The reason why it has/will become more and more popular is because it's so perfectly appealing at any age. If you're comfortable with popular names, this would be one to use.
Satchel- I love this name. I am in the vast minority. Keep that in mind as little Satchel grows.
Ethan- Huh? Uh, no.
Simon- See comments under Henry. Great, solid choice, though.
Abram- I love this name and the longer version Abraham. I'm not a nicknamey kind of gal. Abe and Bram are the exceptions to my rule. Delicious.
Roark- I like this one, too. See comments under Declan, though. First, it'll be Rory with Roark on its back.
Max- See comments under Ethan. Maxwell, in full, is a little better. Maximilian is even better. But there are better ones on here, IMO.
Eli- See comments under Eliza & Henry, except this one is already much higher on the charts.
Seth- I like it. It's classic. It's been well-used without being overused and has plateaued in the last few years. This is a name a boy would like you for later. No real teasing potential. Strong, solid, manly.
Peter- Not a personal favorite.

I hope this helps. Keep us posted. You have a great list, and I'd like to know how it turns out! Sincerely, Ginger

Esme
Evangeline

Hate it:
Charlie
Henry (My aunt called her son Henry and they call him Hank. Henry is fine, Hank is not)

Girls:

Georgia

Amelia

Sarah

Boys:

William

Henry

Ethan

Peter

The bulk of the names were really kind of squirrley, like "Crispin." Come on. What kid wants to be named that? Or Posey? Don't forget you're giving a child a name they'll have to live with the rest of their lives. I've left my favorite ones.

These are my personal opinions, so keep that in mind! :)

Girls:
Charlotte -- I have never been a fan of this name, although I couldn't tell you exactly why. It seems way too popular right now.
Ruby -- I used to think it was a "hick" name :) It is my aunt's. But these days I think it's cute and spunky.
Genevieve -- Actually I am considering this one myself. I really love it. And the nickname possibilities are endless.
Georgia -- I have always been a fan of this one. I would shy away from it at the moment for popularity reasons.
Violet -- Maybe as a middle name. It's just NMS.
Eliza -- This name looks unfinished. Someone forgot to add the 'beth'. I much prefer Liza.
Josephine -- I really like this one but with two boys already I feel like it's a little too masculine-sounding.
Willa -- It's cute, but I would prefer Willow and neither one of them blows me over.
Jane -- Love, Love, Love!! One of my all-time personal favorites.
Clementine -- Mm. I want to like it, but I just can't.
Rose -- I like this one too, but more as a middle name. For some reason I tend to think that adding Rose to any unisex name makes it sound lovely and feminine :) Go figure.
Scarlett -- Nice.
Camille -- Eh. Not a huge fan of this one. Camilla, maybe.
Athalie -- I wouldn't even know how to pronounce it.
Anais -- See above.
Chloe -- Don't like it. The sound of it, the look of it, the popularity of it.
Amelia -- Another of my favorites. I also really like (but wouldn't be brave enough to use) Amelie.
Emilia -- I like this one. It looks "fresher" than Amelia and is a great alternative to Emily.
Esme -- It looks unfinished. Someone forgot to put the 'ralda'. Now Esmeralda I really like.
Evangeline -- See Genevieve.
Rosalie -- Very nice. I couldn't see shortening it to Rose, Rosa, or Rosie, though, and that would be hard for me.
Pearl -- See Clementine.
Sylvia -- See above.
Sarah -- One of my favorites. No nickname potential though. At least none that appeal to me.
Posey -- Eek.

Boys:
Archer -- Oh, I wish I could like this one. My friend has a dog w/ this name so it is automatically nixed.
William -- Love, love, love. I just don't care for Bill or Billy as a nickname.
Charlie -- Oh, I would definitely prefer Charles. I love Charles.
Henry -- On my Top Ten list. DH won't let me use it :(
Jack -- Oh...I'm completely neutral on this one.
Samuel -- I like it as a full name but I just don't like nicknames Sam or Sammy.
Ronan -- See Jack.
Cormac -- See above.
Declan -- This one is getting popular, isn't it?
Finn -- Maybe as a nickname for Finlay, but not on its own.
Sebastian -- Reminds me of The Neverending Story; I would definitely use nn Bastian. Cute.
Jasper -- NMS
Crispin -- Like it a lot.
Oliver -- Yech. Look way above at my comments about Charlotte.
Satchel -- NMS
Ethan -- It is popular but I like it.
Simon -- Nah, I really don't care for it. I love the (nick)name Sy though.
Abram -- Very, very nice.
Roark -- LOL it's very hard for me to pronounce! I can't even say Roy w/out struggling.
Max -- Too popular for me.
Eli -- See Max. I love the name Elias, though.
Seth -- See Henry.
Peter -- I can't get over the Brady Bunch reference!

Great list, all in all.

I like:

Charlotte - lovely but getting very popular.
Ruby - zippy yet sweet.
Genevieve - very pretty.
Georgia - lovely. Soft, sweet & feminine.
Violet - I adore Violet. Spunky & sweet.
Josephine - I adore this, it's my one year old's name!
Willa - love as a nickname for Wilhelmina.
Jane - gorgeous classic.
Clementine - I love this and now can't use it because it rhymes with Josephine!
Camille - lovely, one of my all time favorites but getting popular as a middle name.
Anais - I love Anais, but most Americans cant say this right. a-na-EES.
Evangeline - Totally gorgeous but can be perceived as a bit pious feeling. I love it anyway.
Rosalie - gorgeous. 'nuf said.
Pearl - pretty.
Sylvia - I think it reeks of elegance and style. Crystal clear and gorgeous.
Posey - only as a nickname for Josephine (This is what I call my Josephine!).

William - I love this timeless classic.
Charlie - only as a nickname for the lovely Charles.
Henry - I like Henry, but so does everyone else. It's getting very popular in certain areas. Beware.
Jack - I only like Jack as a nickname.
Sebastian - Lovely. Adore the nickname Bastian. It's my oldest boys middle name.
Jasper - My favorite nature name on a boy. Snappy, jazzy and warm.
Crispin - I admire Crispin Glover but think he's creepy. I like the name but couldn't bring myself to use it.
Oliver - Sweet. I think it'll date the kid. But I like it anyway. Just not enough to use it myself.
Simon - Hey, it's my second boy's name! I love it's dashing snappiness, he likes it too.
Abram - adore as a nickname for the solid, trustworthy feeling Abraham.
