Need help with twins names

Help! I am about to deliver twins-- hopefully in the next two weeks. We don't know either of their names. We would love opinions or other suggestions on either boy or girl. Our older daughter is Lillian (Lily). Our last name is really common, so we want something different.

Boys:
Theodore Neal (both family names, he would go by Neal)
Theodore Knox (would go by knox)
Theodore Colin (would go by Colin)
Charles Prettyman

Any other traitional, yet uncommon names?

Girls:
Claire Neal (is this too common?)
Margaret Neal (Meg)

Help! Thanks for your feedback. I ned some help soon.

I love Theodore Neal - both names aren't that common so it will work with a common ln and it goes well with Lily.

Megan is one of my all-time favorite names for a girl and I like Margaret nn Meg a lot.

I like Theodore Neal and Margaret Knox from your choices.
I wouldn't have the twins with same mn.

How about:
Theodore Everett and
Katherine Neal or Caroline Neal

Good luck for a smooth and healthy delivery!

Abby

With Lillian (Lily)...

Boys:
Theodore Neal (both family names, he would go by Neal)- I like this a lot, but would prefer it Neal Theodore. If you are going to call him Neal, it just makes more sense to switch the order
Theodore Knox (would go by knox) I like this combo IF he went by Theo/Ted/Teddy but not by Knox. I am not a big fan of going by the mn and Knox seems to work better as a mn than the name he is called most of the time
Theodore Colin (would go by Colin)- LOVE this one. Colin Theodore (again, prefer switched) goes wonderfully in style with Lillian. Really like it
Charles Prettyman- Prettyman? I wouldn't use that. Charles Theodore is nice and I love the nn's Charlie and Chaz

Others you may like-

Elliott Neal

Everett Neal

Alexander Neal

Eric Theodore

Julian Theodore

Elias Neal

Jonah Theodore

Calvin Theodore

I do really like Theodore and Colin as brothers though.

Girls:
Claire Neal (is this too common?)- Works with Lillian, but doesn't really excite me
Margaret Neal (Meg)- Pretty. I prefer nn Greta over Meg

Felicity Neal nn Faye/Fliss/Lissy

Adelaide Neal nn Addie/Ada

Eleanor Neal nn Nora

Hi there. Congrats on your twins!

I love the name Lillian/Lily. You did a great job on that one. Here are my thoughts on your lists:

Boys:
Theodore Neal (both family names, he would go by Neal)-That's fine. I it together, but I really do think that Theodore fits in better w/Lillian then Neal does. Lily & Theo would be sweet.

Theodore Knox (would go by knox)-Knox is really cool & unique. I like it!

Theodore Colin (would go by Colin)-I like Colin a lot. It's not quite as interesting as Knox though.

Charles Prettyman-I like Charles, plus it has a lot of fun nick-names. I'm assuming that Prettyman is a family name, but it's kind of rough. Don't do it!

Any other traitional, yet uncommon names?-Certainly!

Arthur

August

Abbott

Bennett

Clark

Daniel

David

Elliott

Everett

Francis

Henry

Harris

Isaac

James

Miles

Oliver

Patrick

Rhett

Stewart

Thomas

Timothy

Walter

*disclaimer: not all of those names are very uncommon, but none of them are any more popular then Lillian.

Girls:
Claire Neal (is this too common?)-No, I don't see too many little Claires running around. This is nice.

Margaret Neal (Meg)-This is not my favorite, but it's perfectly fine. Meg & Lily would work for sisters.

A few more suggestions...

Amelia

Bridget

Clara

Cora

Cecily

Celia

Caroline

Emilia

Eliza

Felicity

Florence

Are these middle names set in stone?

If not, I would suggest (for b/g twins, not sure what your set will be; I don't think you mentioned it) Charles Theodore & Margaret Claire. Maybe NNs Charlie and Meg?

Theodore is such a lovely name; if you are not going to use it as the name he'll go by, I would just not use it. Perhaps Colin Charles and Claire Neal?

Good luck! (not only in the naming process but in the months, and years, to come :)
