Need help w/Girl Name

We are having our fourth child. We have three wonderful, healthy boys. This baby is a final child, and surprise, and a girl. My husband really wants to name the baby Ariel. I am not sure what is a pretty name that will go well with Ariel. Ariel could be the first or middle name. All of the rest of us have "A" as a middle initial of our full names. This isn't necessary for this child, but then there are factors. Our last name begins with a "G" and we have to be cautious of the initials if the "A" name is used in the middle. I would appreciate any suggestions of names that sound pretty with and go well with this name.
Thanks!

Yes, putting this 'A' name in the middle definitely limits your selection for first names. I would almost say - pick your first name first. If you love Ariel as a first name, go for it. Most people hardly use their middle names and the only time it would be a concern was if there were an unfortunate abbreviation ( in your case: sag, gag, fag, etc...)Also for a girl, if they get married, she could either hyphenate using her maiden name or use her maiden name as her middle. I do like Ariel, but I also think its a little trendy. It may not be as in "vogue" in a decade or so...

Congratulations on your girl! I don't care much for Ariel. It's pretty, but reminds me too much of The Little Mermaid. I think it would make a great middle name and would fit in with the A theme.

Ideas:

Lauren Ariel
Chelsea Ariel
Paige Ariel
Alexis Ariel
Camille Ariel
Alyssa Ariel
Jillian Ariel
Dana Ariel

What are the names of your boys? Not sure what style you like.

My niece, who is 20, is Ariel Ariel. No kidding. My SIL was so exhausted after the delivery she just said Ariel Ariel when they asked for her name. And well, that was what showed up on her birth certificate. Why they didn't change it, who knows? It makes interesting conversation for her. Anyway, I love the name and thought I'd share..

Like another poster said, I would probably try to avoid giving my child the first name of a popular cartoon character. Here's a few I came up with:

Macy Ariel
Juliet Ariel
Wendy Ariel
Christina Ariel
Amelia Ariel
Courtney Ariel
