I know I've done a couple of polls for a girls name, but me and DH are totally stumped. Nothing is jumping out at us.

Personally, I would definitely avoid Addison if it's your son's MN.

I would avoid Addison too for reasons mentioned by the pp.

Addie is adorable, I totally see the appeal. However, since you have already used Addison on your son it is best to go with something else.

For example: Adeline, Adelia, or Andrea, nn Addie - even Madeline/Madelyn, nn Addie would work

Isabel - lovely name, but feels too common for you. What about Iris, nn Izzy or Isla (eye-la)?
Marley - ok
Callie - Calla or Caroline, nn Callie would be great, just Callie is too childish for my taste
Paige - ok
Sofia/Sophia - again, great name but too common
Stella - perfect, my favorite on the list
Laila - spelling is confusing, I prefer the simple Lila

What about:
Celia, nn Cee
Lucia, nn Lucy
Tessa, nn Tess
Audra
Clara
Ivy
Fiona, nn Fi
Lark
Maeve
Tegan

Good luck,
Brooke

I probably wouldn't go there. (I'll admit to not really being fond of the current Addison-for-girls craze, though.) But I love Daphne--I find it spunky and quirky and fun, along with being a real classic (Daphne hails from Greek mythology...you can't get much more classic than that.)

I wouldn't use Addison again for a girl if it's your son's middle name, no way

also - the whole Madison thing just makes Addison seem like it's missing a letter - there are way too many Maddie's out there, Addison has caught on a little, and it just seems odd in comparison

of your other list I like Paige, Callie and Sophia the best

My daughter's name is Leila, I love it and people comment on how beautiful it is all the time! When people read the name they always pronounce it wrong, so maybe the usual spelling of Layla would help, because it does urk me sometimes when people call her Lila. That is my suggestion!

I like Daphne, but LOVE Stella!

I wouldn't use Addison.
