Hello
I'm 19 weeks pregnant with baby #2. I didn't give baby #1 a mexican name because the father wasn't around to help me out with a name. Now every name that i come up with he doesn't like. He says that he wants this baby to have a mexican name that isn't popular. I'm trying to think of names that arn't popular...it's not working. So if you could all please just let me know if you had any ideas...boy and girl names are needed, because i won't be finding out the sex. Thank you all so much!

Especio **I know I am spelling it wrong. My Dad worked with a guy by this name and he was GREAT. I've always thought it was a more interesting name than most.
Emilio
Delfino

Maximo***

Girls
Amaya/Amaia *not sure which is the proper spelling
Dulce
Estella **I love this one!
Julieta***This one might work best b/c it isn't over spanish next to your DD, KWIM?

In the movie all the pretty horses, penelope Cruz's Character's name was Alahandra or alajandra. I am uncertain of the spelling! I think that this is such a beautiful name and clearly spanish! And Now that we are talking about penelope her last name CRUZ used as a boys first name is super cool and not overused! Good Luck with everything!

I always thought the girl name Maricel was beautiful. Of course all my children are blondes so I felt like I couldnt' use it. Lots of great choices though!

You've been given a lot of really great names so I won't repeat them. Here are a few that I didn't see mentioned on other posts

Lorenna
Arianna--The second a is pronounced ah. Love, love, love this one. The little Arianna that I know (well she's not so little anymore) often goes by Arie and the name is so absolutely perfect for her.
Catalina
Christina
Tiana
Lucia
