We have a little Mexican boy on our son's soccer team and he is darling and his name is Omar. I don't know if that is a Mexican name or not but it fits him.
For a girl how about Giselle or Araceli. I'm not sure I spelled Araceli right but I knew a girl with that name and I always thought it was so pretty.

As for the names you listed, Andres is okay, but not my favorite name. And I've never seen Julieonna before -- I much prefer Juliana (or Julianna). The spellings of Juliana, Gabriela, and Isabela would be Mexican/Spanish, and I think they're all beautiful.
Good luck finding something you like!
