Need middle name for Caroline

I just found out I am expecting my fourth child. I love the name Caroline for a girl but can't think of something good for the middle name. Our last name has 3 sylables. I have plenty of time to worry about it but find naming and the nursery the best part of being pregnant!

Caroline Danielle

Caroline Louise

Perhaps there is a family name that you could use? Or if there is any kind of "theme" with your other kids' names...

Good Luck!

I sure wish I had a "theme" now. It would have made it so much easier! My oldest is Wesley Ryan. No reasoning to the name, DH just liked it. My second is Morgan Danielle. I just like Morgan and Danielle was after my dad (Danny). The youngest is Caitlin Alissa. Caitlin was after my grandma Cathleen. I just really like Caroline for some reason. I'd love to incorporate my DH grandmas name but it was Lola and I can't see myself using that!

I love Caroline - - it's a great name!

You could honor your dh's grandmother, Lola, by using an "L" initial -- for example, Caroline Louise, as someone suggested. There's also:

Caroline Lauren

Caroline Laura

Caroline Lily

Caroline Lucy

Other options:

Caroline Ashley

Caroline Beth

Caroline Bridget

Caroline Brooke

Caroline Claire

Caroline Dierdre

Caroline Frances

Caroline Jill

Caroline Jolie

Caroline Julia

Caroline Megan

Caroline Michelle

Caroline Rose

Caroline Rachel

Caroline Susan

Caroline Sydney

In some of the other Lola threads it was pointed out that Lola is a nn for Charlotte.

Just an option...

I think if you want to honor your DH's grandmother, you should use the initial if you don't want to go with the whole name. Lola isn't really my cup of tea, either :)

Caroline Louise (already suggest by *me* :)

Caroline Lanette

Caroline Lenore

Caroline Lauryne (Law-REEN)

Caroline Loren

Caroline Lesley

Caroline Lindsay

The last two are my favorites. Good Luck.

How about Caroline Kate? My 3rd DD is named Caroline. I would have loved to use Kate but had already used it for DD #2 Melissa. Caroline has no MN yet. I'll let her pick one one of these days. She likes Jane. We call her "Carly" and she likes Carly Jane. But I'd like it to be Caroline Ruth for my mom or Caroline Kirsten for my great grandmothers. Since we're letting her pick, it will probably be Caroline Jane.
