Need some feedback on a name

My husband is really set on the name Henry James if we have a boy. I don't mind it, but I don't know how I fell about it in the long run. What are you ideas?

Does it sound too old fashioned? Are there nicknames that make it a bad or good choice?

All I can come up with is Hank or Hankie(at the worst) Harry I guess would be a tease name.

I am just so confused on this name.

Thanks for helping,

Sherri

I LOVE the name Henry, but I'm biased since I have a Henry Thomas. We usually call him Henry, sometimes Hank or Hen & I am the only one who calls him "Prince Hal". I also sing him the old 60s song "My baby does the Hanky-Panky" but change it to "my baby IS my Hanky-Panky" At 3 he still likes it, but I'm sure this will pass soon LOL!!! I have gotten nothing but possitive reactions to his name & many people have shared very found memories of an Uncle Henry. The only other Henry we have met was when he was 3 weeks old & the other baby was 2 weeks & Named Henry Aaron after the baseball player Hank Aaron.

I like it very much. I must add that I love James as a fn so may I suggest James Henry? I like that better but still like Henry James too!
