Aliana's pretty but I am tired of the -ana names.
I think if you really want her to be called "Alaina", you should spell the name this way. Aliana seems like it's asking for mistakes and teasing (Ally-anna, Alien-a). That said Alaina is very pretty (though I prefer Elena).
Personally, I think Lila is a great match to Evan. They are short two syllable names that seem to go together without being too matchy with alliteration or rhyme.

I LOVE Lila, and I would be jealous if you get to use it! LOL
DH has vetoed it, but we're in the super-long waiting line to adopt again from China, so I have a few years to get him to come around.
Anyway, both Lila and Alaina are very nice names,and go well with Evan (which is actually the name we have chosen if we are referred a boy--there is a slight chance).
I think you'll be happy with either one you choose.
