I love to see the name Alaina - my 16 year old sister is called this (Alaina Marie) and for years everyone thought my mom had made it up, now it's becoming more popular she gets compliments about how beautiful it is all the time and I agree,
Hello and congratulations on expecting.
Lila Rose is a very nice fit and Lila is a pretty name.
Together, they do blend into today's trend- old, sassy, short girl names ending in -a (Ava, Emma, Eva, Lola, Julia, Ella, Sophia, etc). And, Rose is second only to Grace as most popular middle name choice of the moment. Lila is much farther down the chart however be prepared for continued popularity.
Alaina is pretty, but also fits this trend. I think the simpler Lila is a better fit in your family.
I thought I would also throw in Isla. It's a bit more unusual and has an Alaina-into-Lila feel.
Best wishes!

I've heard of Eliana, Alina or Alana but not Aliana.
Love Lila.
Lila Rose is gorgeous. One of my favorite names, but I can't use it, because my DSD (dear step daughter) is nicknamed Lulu. :D Lulu and Lila, wouldn't that be funny? LOL.
Alaina is beautiful. My friend's 4 year old has that name.
Tough decision. I still think Olivia is the best, regardless of popularity. Good luck to you!
