Girls:
Keira - love Ciara, this spelling, but it seems to be getting more popular (along with many other C/K names)
Kora (Koralie) - again, LOVE Cora, and I think it has enough old-fashioned charm not to come across as trendy, like so many similar names do. Kora completely DOES, unfortunately. The K misspelling totally changes the look and feel of an otherwise lovely name, and it looks really harsh, to be honest. Coralie is ok, but reminds me of countertops. Maybe Coral would appeal, if you really want something a bit different. (Ps. If you happen to be German and are using the K spelling to reflect your heritage, then I sort of understand, but otherwise I'd stick with the C). ;)
Kalla - sigh. LOL Prefer Calla. Calista is also a beautiful option, and all these C____a names makes me think you might like Clara as well.
Jolie - Angelina. If you're her "biggest fan," you might not mind those comments, but that WILL be everyone's first thought, so if it wasn't your intent you might want to avoid this. Also, it seems an odd choice if you're not French, and if you are I doubt you'd literally name your child "pretty" (anymore than any of the Italian parents I know have latched onto the whole Bella trend).
Laila - I personally prefer either Leila or Aila, visually speaking, but that's just a matter of taste. Laila is fine, and it does help ensure the LAY-la pronunciation, so I can see the appeal. You might also like Lila(h) or Lorelei.
Raquel - nice.
(middle name Skye)
Skye is nmsaa, to be honest.

Boys:
Kallan - I love Cullen, Colin, Cillian, Calvin, Callum and even Callahan, but I've honestly no idea what Kallan is supposed to be. I'd prefer any of the others 100%.
Rowan - Love it.
Kash - as in cash money, or Kashi cereal? Sorry, but this is nms.

HTH

ETA: Just read through all the replies and saw your reasoning for changing all the Cs to Ks. This isn't as big a deal with names like Keira, where most of the general public is more familiar with the K form anyway, but I wouldn't just randomly change known C names to Ks to match your own, KWIM?

Speaking from experience here, btw. My dh talked me into Kaitlyn rather than Caitlin for our first dd because it gave her the same initials as mine (and does happen to be the most common form here in the US), but I often regret it. Rather than simply having the name I'd loved for a dd since I was in grade school, she now has what will be viewed as just another dated, trendy K name (or, rather, already IS viewed that way ... I cringe every time I see those comments, but I have to agree LOL). So from a mom who's been there, I strongly suggest you stick with the traditional C forms. They happen to look much softer and more feminine too, FWIW. ;)

ahh...I see where you are trying to go. I don't think that Cash has a weird cowboy vibe. Now Colt would be a different story :) Your right Cash Rowan doesn't have the best flow. What about Rowan Kandice for a girl? Would it be to weird for you naming a girl after yourself? Rowan Katherine is nice too.

Here are some good Cash combos:
Cash Everett
Cash Gabriel
Cash Dominic
Cash Oliver
Cash Damian
Cash Donovan
Cash Harrison
Cash Anthony
Cash Alexander

Good luck,
Brooke

Kora (Koralie)- like other posters- I would LOVE this, but spelled with a "C". You might also like Cordelia, which has nn possibilities of Cora and Cordelie.
Kalla- Again totally LOVE this one, but spelled as Calla
Jolie- too Angelina Jolie for me. How about Joely, which I think gives it a totally different feel.

Boys:
Kallan- I think this one is fine, nms though. You might like Colin, Killian or Conall
Rowan- I think this one has gone to the girls
Kash- Have you thought about Cassius (pronounced Cash-us)could be a route to the nn of Cash without the money or cowboy image.

Keira- my favorite and the only K name on your girls list I like. I really like it, Keira Skye has a great sound to it!
Kora (Koralie)- Cora is okay, but Kora is not so good for me
Kalla- I love Calla, but I am not liking the K here either.
Jolie- Angelina Jolie is the first thing that comes to mind
Laila- I like it spelled Leila, or Layla. The way you spelled it makes me say LALA
Raquel- i am not a fan of this name, but my friend Raquel goes by Rocky. and shes adorable.
(middle name Skye)

Boys:
Kallan- i love Kellan for a boy, not Kallan
Rowan- not so bad
Kash- too trendy, goes with Lucky, Chance, Trace, not my style at all.
