I really like Keegan, not a big fan of Duane. What about Keegan James? I like both Reegan and Kayden. I prefer Reegan as there are so many names that rhyme with Kayden. I like Reegan Michelle. Reegan Nicole and Reegan Claire are also nice. Have you considered the names Teagan, Sienna, Kyla, Shaylen, Kaylen, Devon, and Kenzie? I really like Sienna Michelle.

I like Keegan. I'm not wild about a Reegan, I'd prefer Regan/Reagan (pron. like the president, rather than the long e sound). I'd think twice before using Kayden because it's SO trendy right now. In 2004 the top 1000 boys names contained 33 names that rhymed with Aidan (Jaden/Caden/Hayden/etc). And the top three fastest rising names for girls this year are Cadence, Kadence and Kaydence, in that order. So that family of names is outrageously popular right now. That doesn't make it a bad name, but if you're looking for something unique, run in the other direction. ;)

Keegan sounds ok with Duane. I've read pp and undersatnd why Duane has to be the middle name.
