Hooray!

My thoughts-

Mena Catherine-I really prefer Mina, but like this a lot.

Kaydin Christopher Gregory-At least the mns are good.

Max Wayne (Elise)-A bit choppy, but I love Max.

Ugh- Kaydin?! Okay, that is jsut AWFUL. I loooove Mina Catherine, but would have prefered this spelling over Mena. Luna Freya is interesting, and so is Julius. Julius is really growing on me. There were a lot of classics (a bit boring for me). I am in Ontario also and see a TON of kids named Matthew, Jacob, Nicholas, Michael, Joseph, etc, so that doesn't really surprise me.

Jane Penelope (Adelaide)
Luca Sam (Cyrus)

These two stuck out to me. I'm from Ontario too, and it seems that most kids names are either REALLY popular or names that were popular in the 90's . At the end of the year our newspaper posts all the birth announcements

I love Logan! and dont get me wrong or anything, but you said you are tired of 90's names and I babysat 2 Logans in 1993. I grew up and knew lots of em but I am considering it for my sons name and you did the same I guess it never wore out or it wasnt overused.

I agree- so many boring names in my area of Ontario as well. I have been babysitting for quite a few years now, and have babysat kids named:

Matthew & Nicholas

Joseph, Nicholas, and Matthew

Samantha, Madison, and Gabriella

Taylor (girl) & Ryan

Luke, Matthew, & Kyle

Rebecca, Sarah, and Harry (I was actually pretty excited to see a Harry- not my usual style, but at least not another Matthew!)

Morgan (girl) and Steven

Steven and Jonathan

Samantha (Sammy)

Ellyn and Billy (at least these aren't boring, but I still don't like them!)

and yet another Matthew!

my hubby and my family love names like ryan , john, michael, jason, etc. and im sorry but there is no way on this earth im gonna have another one of those. They arent ugly or anything but sooooooo overused and boring(in my opinion) and I love to do my homework on finding the PERFECT name for a child that will live his/her whole life with it so i have to make it good.

I had only heard the name Logan twice before I named my Logan.
