I think Campbell is OK, but I would only use this spelling. Since it is a common and well-known surname, it's best to stick with the traditional spelling to avoid confusion.
I also like Camille, which has a similar sound but I think is prettier.
Campbell is cute. Cambelle is not, imo. A strange spelling would just complicate your daughter's life. Campbell is one of those names, like Harper and Mackenzie, that is often assumed to be a girl name, anyway. It doesn't need any embellishment to make it feminine--if any name ever does !

In all honesty, I just don't like it. I think she would be the butt of so many Campbell's soup jokes, it would not be fun. I also think she might be mistaken for a boy sometimes, but that isn't so bad. I just don't like the name really.
