We're still on the search for a boy's name, as we can't agree.
Layton or Leighton - rhymes w/ Peyton; I know one Leighton who's in his 50s; I kind of like this name but it's one I could easily see being taken over by girls (bec. of the trend for unisex or boys' names for girls)
Taiven - not familiar with this one
Ogden - Og rhymes with fog; poet Ogden Nash; feels very British to me :)
Oden - I pronounce it like the word ode with the 'n' added on; I think there's a Norse god named Odin (thunder?)
Rodion - not familiar w/ this
Roran - not familiar w/ this either;
on your list I like Leighton the best.

Layton or Leighton - rhymes with Peyton, I love this name personally. I think it goes well with your kids' names too. I prefer the Leighton spelling, seems more classic, the "y" in the Layton spelling makes it look a bit trendy
Taiven- "tay-ven", not a fan, seems trendy next to Xander, Vadim, and Anya
Ogden- "ogg(rhymes with bog)-din" This is okay, but a bit awkward sounding
Oden- Love this one, has a spunky feel--> "ode-in"
Rodion- I would pronounce it "ro-dee-on"... I don't really like it though
Roran "roar-in" You may also like Riordan, very similar
Jarek- Like Jared but with a k at the end - "jare-ick"
Ryland- seems feminine and trendy to me
With Xander, Vadim & Anya, I like Leighton and Oden best.
-Nikki
I like Leighton the best, the Ryland. What about Leland, just a suggestion as it sort of combines the two names.
I don't really like Roran, but I do like Rory or Rohan
HTH!

Layton or Leighton - I love Layton (this spelling). Leighton seems more like a girl's spelling because of Leigh (Lee)
Taiven - Not familiar with this one. But my first thought was Tay-ven
Ogden - Not familiar with this one either...but again, first thought was long O - Og-den
Oden - same as above with the long O sound
Rodion-How would you pronounce this? - Row-die-on (long O, long I)
Roran - like Rory with an at the end
Jarek - Like Eric with a J at the front
Ryland - I personally don't care for this name because there's a popular Home builder with the name Ryland Homes in my area. And that's the first thing I think about with this name.
