I like Blake for a girl. But I don't like the spelling Blaike. I think it's better to spell it Blake. I'm saying this from the perspect of growing up with a typical boys name(My first name is Rikki). I love having a unisex name it has never bothered me but the spelling is annoying
I think Blaike Ann is really pretty, I also think that Blaiklyn sounds to made up. It seems like a name I would find my boyfriends fantasy novels. Not to make your choice sound terrible, but Blaike Ann is really pretty. When I think of the name, I associate a very pretty girl with loads of confidence.
I'd have to say "no" to Blake on a girl...it's just very male, in a polished way, to me. Besides, the whole gender-switching thing kinda bores me these days. But I can't come up with a feminine variant...so I'm no help beyond saying that I don't like it.
I know you prefer the spelling Blaike, however, I feel the need to warn you that it will constantly be misspelled as Blake. I know this from experience, as my friend's name is Blaike, and she hates how often it is misspelled.
For middle names, how about: Blaike Samantha Blaike Josephine Blaike Ramona Blaike Rosalind Blaike Georgina

I really prefer the Blake spelling - it's simple, straightforward, and has a certain distinction to it.

That is what I get from the name.
Well, hope this helps with your decision.
